We used Terapage’s *Journal activity feature* during a major digital transformation programme across our organisation, and it made a real difference to how we understood employee experience in real time.
Instead of relying on one-off pulse surveys, we invited a cross-section of employees to submit short journal entries over several weeks. They shared reflections on system rollouts, workflow changes, training experiences, frustrations, and small wins. The longitudinal format gave us something we’d never had before — emotional and behavioural context over time, not just static feedback.
What stood out:
The ongoing diary format encouraged honesty and depth.
Employees could upload text, screenshots and short videos, which made the feedback more tangible.
The AI-assisted coding and summaries helped us quickly identify emerging themes, sentiment shifts and friction points without weeks of manual analysis.
We were able to track how confidence, resistance and adoption evolved week by week. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The lack of mobile app, even if it is for the participants only. This would help boost engagement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
