Teramind is one of my staple tools for finding information, and it greatly assists with investigations. For example, a user received a phishing email and reported it. When I reviewed the video replay, it turned out the user had clicked a phishing link, which triggered an incident response. Overall, Teramind has been extremely useful. I like how Teramind simplifies the life of our customers, specifically in the market where they are in need, and it is the exact solution that fits their requirement. It works really well in identifying, assessing, and mitigating security issues, helping organizations secure their data, which I think is the most important thing. Teramind assesses the risk involved within their system effectively. I also appreciate that it syncs really well with Fortra's data classification and DLP.
