## Teqtivity Reviews
  ### 1. Great Asset Visibility with Strong Integrations, Support, and Value Pricing

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Volodymyr M. | Technical Support Engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 31, 2026

**What do you like best about Teqtivity?**

Teqtivity provides great overview over assets in the company thanks to integrations that are available and in addition to that great support on creating custom integrations like Iron Mountain (former Wisetek) that gives us real-time view of assets in our warehouse.
Teqtivity team in general very supportive in various questions and going above that provides solutions to ITAM solutions that could help us with our inventory management.
UI/UX at first seems a bit more complicated and requires more time to get used to it but later becoming very easy use and to find required tools.
The platform works very well without disruptions but if they occur the team is quickly identifying the issue and sort it out. During 7 month of usage I had once when the platform didn't work well with reports but it was solved quickly.
Pricing comparing to other vendor is significantly better based on users in the system comparing to assets in the company.
Didn't use any AI capabilities.

**What do you dislike about Teqtivity?**

The platform required a lot of changes before launching it and feels like it's more a sandbox that could be reshaped and changed. New reporting features, error handling and UI / UX required some work to do. Even still after our launch some of the platform's features or views requires changes i.e. linking right fields from asset details to report generator.

**What problems is Teqtivity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With all integrations we have more clearer overview on the issue with asset assignment and clearer visual understanding on our assets, statuses and fleet condition. Integrations with MDM solves the issue with last user logged in that I'm frequently using to identify laptops that are provisioned to people but not assigned as well I can see status of the laptop if it's managed or not. In addition to that it serves as source of information gathered from MDMs so now I don't need to go to different admin panels to see information about the asset.
Report Generator solved one of other cases when we needed to have audit in India and Teqtivity team helped with fast changes to the UI and visible information.
It will be also helping in reporting to Tax team and additionally discrepancies with Finance team and their tools like NetSuite which will have huge impact on our records.

  ### 2. Easy to Use, Highly Customizable asset management tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ljupcho P. | IT Asset Manager, Information Technology and Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 02, 2025

**What do you like best about Teqtivity?**

Ease of Use: Teqtivity is very easy to get up and running. The setup is quite simple, and you can start right away with asset management without any steep learning curve.
Intuitive User Experience: Teqtivity is designed to keep things simple. It is intuitive to navigate around the software and find what you need. It's accessible for technical and non-technical users alike to manage assets with ease.

Unmatched Customization: Teqtivity knows one size does not fit all. It has a high degree of customization, thus enabling you to mold it to suit your particular needs and the workflow that you have. Flexibility means Teqtivity will rise to any asset management challenge thrown at your organization.

Cost-Effective Solution: Teqtivity is very cost-effective. Given its value, Teqtivity offers a wide range of features compared to other asset management tools in the market and at a very competitive price, thus making it affordable for any business that wants to optimize its IT asset management without breaking the bank.

Smooth Integrations: Teqtivity works nicely with several MDM and ticketing systems. Such interoperability ensures Teqtivity functions in complete harmony with the existing IT setup in place to improve the smoothness and efficiency of the workflow.

**What do you dislike about Teqtivity?**

UI Should Be Renovated: The UI is there and rather easy to work with in Teqtivity. Bringing some more up-to-date UI design aspects would definitely go further in order to create a much more user-friendly environment for customers.

**What problems is Teqtivity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Thanks to the easy integration with our MDM and ticketing systems, we can easily track our IT assets and their lifecycle

  ### 3. Effortless and Effective Asset Management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Omid L. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Teqtivity?**

I like how simple Teqtivity is—it just works without the unnecessary graphics or features that other companies have. If something doesn't work, their team is responsive and nice to speak to, and they help find the solution I need. The initial setup was very easy and quick due to its simplicity, and people can be trained on it quickly without a steep learning curve.

**What do you dislike about Teqtivity?**

Could not think of anything.

**What problems is Teqtivity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Teqtivity lets me know where devices are, when they're deployed, and to whom. It integrates with tools like our MDM, providing global fleet visibility.

  ### 4. Flexible Configuration Options for Data Point Management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Steve M. | IT Procurement, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Teqtivity?**

It offers configuration options for data point management.

**What do you dislike about Teqtivity?**

I would have liked a consolidated inventory front page that I could view by location, asset model, or another relevant data point.

**What problems is Teqtivity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Teqivity allows me to perform moves, adds, and changes as part of machine lifecycle management. This functionality provides visibility into each machine’s history and helps with tracking custodial assignments through retirement.

  ### 5. Streamlined Asset Management with Solid Integrations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ryan K.

**Reviewed Date:** January 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Teqtivity?**

I really appreciate that Teqtivity is integrated with most of our IT infrastructure such as Jira, Slack, Insight, and Kandji, which makes it very simple for us to manage all of our assets in one platform. Also, Teqtivity pulls directly from Kaseya and Kandji and automatically assigns assets to their given locations, which makes it easier for us to manage with less work on our end. The initial setup was not too bad at all, pretty seamless. Their support is very helpful when reaching out, and they are able to fix most issues we encounter for the most part.

**What do you dislike about Teqtivity?**

The integrations don't always work 100% of the time, so sometimes we will have to manually check and make sure assets are assigned correctly.

**What problems is Teqtivity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Teqtivity helps us track and manage IT assets, facilitating device returns when users are terminated. It integrates with our IT infrastructure, simplifying management by pulling data from Kaseya and Kandji and automatically assigning assets to locations.

  ### 6. Streamlined, Scalable, and Human-Centric

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 08, 2025

**What do you like best about Teqtivity?**

The platform is highly customisable. Teqtivity didn’t force us to change our workflows; instead, it adapted to them. Their development team worked closely with us to build tailored integrations with our tools and suppliers.

The customer support is collaborative. The team feels like an extension of our own, always open to feedback and quick to implement improvements.

**What do you dislike about Teqtivity?**

I think there could be UI improvements to futher modernise the look and feel but it's more a niggle than a dislike.

**What problems is Teqtivity solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We adopted Teqtivity to bring clarity and control to our IT asset management which has helped to improve our workflows via automation and custom integrations.

  ### 7. Quick and responsive dev team

Teqtivity's development team built custom reporting for us that none of the other ITAM solutions we looked at offered. In terms of plug-and-play integrations, Teqtivity had our entire stack covered- Okta, Jamf, InTune, Jira, ServiceNow, etc.

**What do you dislike about Teqtivity?**

We were onboarded about three months ago, so far no downsides whatsoever.

**What problems is Teqtivity solving and how is that benefiting you?**
