It's not that I dislike it, but the reporting system could be improved. While you can do everything you need via API, some additional dashboards would be helpful for better business analysis. The platform requires a solid level of technical and programmatic expertise to get the most out of it. It’s not a plug-and-play solution, so onboarding and advanced configurations can take time, especially when implementing custom logic or scaling new integrations.
