**What do you like best about Tenzo AI?**

What I like most about Tenzo AI is how much time it saves while still ensuring every applicant is reviewed. Instead of candidates getting lost in a large applicant pool, Tenzo allows every individual to be “touched” through consistent screening and communication. That alone is a huge improvement to both efficiency and fairness in the process.

It also creates a better candidate experience. Applicants feel acknowledged rather than overlooked, and responses are more timely and structured. From a recruiter standpoint, it takes a lot of the manual work off our plate while still maintaining quality, which allows us to focus more on meaningful conversations with the right candidates.

**What do you dislike about Tenzo AI?**

One challenge with Tenzo AI is that it can feel a bit rigid at times, especially if the scoring criteria are not perfectly aligned upfront. If anything is off in the setup, it can impact how candidates are scored, which requires additional review and adjustments from the recruiter.

Overall, it’s a powerful tool, but it works best when there is clear, accurate input on the front end make sure top candidates aren’t unintentionally overlooked.

Tenzo AI is solving the challenge of managing high applicant volume. Instead of manually reviewing hundreds or thousands of resumes, it quickly evaluates candidates based on defined criteria, which significantly reduces time to identify qualified talent. It also addresses the issue of candidates being overlooked. Every applicant is reviewed and engaged, rather than getting lost in the volume, which creates a more fair and structured process.

**What do you like best about Tenzo AI?**

I love Tenzo AI's sourcing capabilities. We have over 300,000 candidates in our ATS, but sourcing in our ATS is clunky. Tenzo provides a streamlined and user-friendly process for sourcing our candidates. I like that it reviews words that could be similar; for example, when sourcing on Indeed, a misspelled resume still shows up thanks to Tenzo's ability to recognize likely misspellings. It also reviews similar words and gives a fairly accurate quality score. I also find it very impressive that Tenzo can call 40-50 candidates within an hour, which used to take a full day for my recruiter. The initial setup of Tenzo AI for our team was very easy. Overall, Tenzo is by far the best AI tool we've used, especially since it includes AI calling, which other tools didn't offer. I appreciate how quickly it enables us to connect with candidates, providing speed and efficiency to my team working across time zones.

**What do you dislike about Tenzo AI?**

Sometimes there are technical glitches. Most of the time, they resolve on their own fairly quickly. But sometimes we will need to reach out for support. For example, we've seen some applies take a day or two to be called, when our expectation is they are called immediately. However, their support team works fast in these situations and we're happy with the turnaround times.

**What problems is Tenzo AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tenzo AI speeds up recruiting by calling candidates right away, even late at night. It handles hundreds to thousands of calls each day, which would take us all week. It also streamlines candidate sourcing by recognizing spelling variations and giving accurate quality scores.

**What do you like best about Tenzo AI?**

We use Tenzo AI for candidate screening, improving the experience for our candidates and internal recruiting team by increasing speed and efficiency. Tenzo AI allows candidate applications to be reviewed immediately, which means no resume is ever ignored and no applicant is left waiting and wondering. Most importantly, Tenzo allows our recruiters to spend more time engaging in live conversations with qualified candidates. Additionally, their responsiveness and accessibility have been excellent.

As expected with a new process, we've had to learn how to maximize the product's use in our environment. We're extremely particular about the thoroughness of our recruiting, and have challenged Tenzo to meet our unique needs. So far, they've been able to accommodate every request and quickly add features that our team has requested.

I really appreciate how Tenzo AI is 'human'-like in its interactions, which ease our candidates when they engage with it. I also like that it's very transparent, allowing our recruiters to understand exactly why a candidate is recommended for further engagement. The interface is easy to understand and intuitive. I find the tool highly configurable, which is great because it lets us create different workflows to support various areas of our business. The setup was quick and straightforward, and overall, it was a good process. Being able to configure templates, workflows, and call scripts ensures our target audience receives a positive experience. I also value the control over scoring criteria, which helps maintain that a human is in charge of the process. Lastly, Tenzo's integration with our ATS is a benefit.

The only negative that I have is that sometimes some part of recruiters aren't as advanced in thinking ahead where this could be useful.
