Telyn Reviews & Product Details

Telyn is an AI-powered voice receptionist platform built for small and mid-sized businesses that lose revenue every time the phone rings to voicemail. The system answers inbound calls in under 2 seconds, books appointments mid-call, captures structured lead data, and texts callers and account owners a summary before the conversation ends — 24 hours a day, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Telyn replaces traditional answering services and voicemail with a configurable AI agent that handles industry-specific call flows out of the box. The platform ships with pre-built templates for property management and apartment communities, home services (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, lawn care), law firms (personal injury, family, immigration, business), real estate agents, insurance agencies, veterinary clinics, and dental practices. Customers can launch their AI receptionist in 20 minutes by selecting a template, customizing business hours and FAQs, and forwarding their existing phone line.
