They save me from having to contact a number of different agencies for information. ### 2. The discounted prices help our non-profit save money while utilizing the software we need to conduct business. They partner with major companies such as Microsoft. **What do you like best about TechSoup?** The discounted software for our non-profit **What do you dislike about TechSoup?** The amount of paperwork that is needed to partner with Tech Soup **What problems is TechSoup solving and how is that benefiting you?** The discounted software allows us to get the software we need to run our non-profit and provide our services. ### 3. We have been able to get deeply discounted licenses for Adobe products, Zoom, GrantStation, and more. **What do you like best about TechSoup?** Their website is easy to navigate & follow. **What do you dislike about TechSoup?** Sometimes there is a waiting period to receive the license keys, but it's not usually more than 48 hours. There's not much to dislike! **Recommendations to others considering TechSoup:** Make sure to get your non-profit registered in advance of trying to purchase products. They have to verify/certify your IRS status, etc. **What problems is TechSoup solving and how is that benefiting you?** As a non-profit, we try to save everywhere we can. TechSoup has allowed us to leverage their relationship with donors that provide deep discounts on tools that we use to serve our constituents. Adobe Acrobat to create forms, Zoom for meetings and webinars (and even virtual dance parties!), GrantStation to boost our fundraising efforts, and Photoshop to create graphics and edit/resize images. ### 4. We've subscribed or purchased Microsoft, Adobe, and IT network/hardware at substantially discounted rates. **What do you like best about TechSoup?** Easy processes to request products or services. **What do you dislike about TechSoup?** Customer support (by phone) operation hours are too short, only 7 am to 12 pm PST. **What problems is TechSoup solving and how is that benefiting you?** Save costs. ### 5.
