Most secured application I have ever seen like TeamsPro which further improved trust between users. It's simple and we can afford it even working in either small-cap organisations or large-cap organizations. Easy to install and provides unlimited capacity because it's hosted on the Azure cloud, thanks to Microsoft. **What do you dislike about TeamsPro?** From a user's point of view, it doesn't have any cons but we need to purchase the licenses for using this tool which always adds some cost to the organizations so sometimes it's not a good option for organizations facing issues. **What problems is TeamsPro solving and how is that benefiting you?** I used it for professional meetings, chatting within the organization, sharing files across the organizations etc. It helped me always with great call quality and funtionalities. ### 5. Many people who are working from home or studying virtually, webinar capabilities is a major requirement. **What do you dislike about TeamsPro?** As it is a comparatively new service, it is still in the process of setting up. Webinars lag sometimes and meetings crash down. Bugs are being fixed but we will have to be patient and give it sometime to get properly fixed. **What problems is TeamsPro solving and how is that benefiting you?** My team is working remotely and staying on the same platforms becomes a necessity.
