What do you like best about TeamPassword?

It helps me know what logins to use for each of our demo sites and sandboxes Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TeamPassword?

UX can sometimes make it harder to see the URLS to use, would be better if there was a multiple URL section Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great Tool for Company Passwords"
4/5
What do you like best about TeamPassword?

I love that ALL business account information (company utilities, vendors, software, etc.) are in one spot. Rather than keeping an excel spreadsheet, i love how TeamsPassword is easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TeamPassword?

Two Things:

1. The only thing I dislike is how there is no way to "show password" all the time. In TeamsID, there was a checkbox where you could mark to "always" show the password. It would be helpful to have this option in TeamPassword.

2. We are small business and myself along with the owner are the only ones who use the TeamPassword. When paying, thre was no option to choose just 2 users. It would be nice to choose any amount of users 1-100+. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Korak Bhaduri of TeamPassword

Hi Rachelle, I'm happy to hear that, overall, you're happy with TeamPassword. I'll make a note of the "show password" preference. It's something we'll discuss internally. Regarding a two-user option, that is something we've talked about but ultimately felt that as a password manager for teams specifically, a three-user minimum was appropriate. I can see a case for lowering that to two users though.

"Reliable and easy to use"
5/5
What do you like best about TeamPassword?

It's a great tool for our team to keep passwords safe wether these are shared or Private. I use TeamPassword everyday and I never experienced any outage and the service is always available, this is crucial to our Team and helps us work more efficiently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TeamPassword?

An enhancement I would be interested in using is to be an option to save multiple usernames and passwords in the same record (for example have the option to name specific fields to add to a record). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Korak Bhaduri of TeamPassword

Hey Sara! Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We really appreciate it. I'm happy to hear that you've never experienced an outage. Our development team works hard to ensure everything runs smoothly, and any scheduled maintenance is intentionally done during our slowest hours. We've also recently changed storage providers to increase our speed and reliability further. I appreciate that multiple username/password suggestion. It's one I've seen requested more frequently. Would you mind sending me a use case for it to tony@teampassword.com? I'd love to know more about how this would benefit you.

"TeamPassword is good but there are still a lot of things to improve"
3.5/5
What do you like best about TeamPassword?

It helps the team's password secure in one place. Anyone within the team who has access can add or update the logins which is convenient, you don't have to go to the admin to help you update or add some logins Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TeamPassword?

TeamPass is less convenient when using specific apps or sites saved in it. There should be an option where, when you click the site or URL, you are automatically logged in using the saved username and password, rather than having to copy and paste it manually. "TeamPassword Review"
5/5
What do you like best about TeamPassword?

Easy to use, layout looks great. It was easy to switch from TeamsID to TeamPassword. I've had to call customer support once and they were wonderful and helpful. I use this very often. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TeamPassword?

I don't see a way to only share a password with just one person. From what I see you have to share it with a group of people. If that can be added, that would be wonderful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Korak Bhaduri of TeamPassword

I'm glad that we were able to assist you with your support question! We pride ourselves on having a responsive support team. We will consider the option to share a password with just one person. Thank you for the feedback!

5/5
What do you like best about TeamPassword?

Team Password has an attractive and intuitive user interface that makes it incredibly easy to use. The ability to create groups and share credenitals with team memebrs makes managing organizational and service accounts effortless. The ability to cutomize the fields associated with a set of credentials also adds a great deal of flexibility. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TeamPassword?

I like everything so far. There is nothing I dislike. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Korak Bhaduri of TeamPassword

Hey Chadwick! Thank you for leaving us a review. I'm happy to hear that you like the UI. We've kept it simple intentionally. We believe that the easier a platform is to use, the more likely people are to use it.
