TeamDesk allow user to use it easily and it is user friendly with feature of executing commercial and admin processing very fast and reliable. We can easily work upon it also we can personalize our business Through it.

Using it from long time and i loved it. Till now i haven't find any dislike in it.will be using it and if find any dislike will surely write a bot about it to the company itself.

It's powerful. Just about anything I can think to do with a relational database is possible. I've used this tool to power the operations of several companies. Their support team is very responsive and can guide you along the way too.

The UI does take some getting used to - and it's not pretty. But it does get the job done.

**What do you like best about TeamDesk?**

My team is able to track the type of request using the tagging feature, making the ability to sort through previous responses a breeze.

**What do you dislike about TeamDesk?**

We use this as a ticketing system, and our clients are on a monthly allotment of time. The time allocation can be hard to track month-to-month in the Desk based tracking feature, specifically when a request rolls into a new month (and has been unresolved in one calendar month's time).

**Recommendations to others considering TeamDesk:**

A great feature allows you to trigger unanswered emails back to your "Active" inbox and has saved us a lot of headaches of researching and following up with unresponsive clients.

**What problems is TeamDesk solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our multi-location team is easily able to jump in and assist clients all over the country/world. We can easily find previous tickets from the client and can tag/track the emails. We also have an auto-reply in place which prompts our clients to answer additional questions so that we can readily help them.

Easy to use. Totally customizable. Use it every day, everywhere. On my pc, my mobile, tablet, etcetera. And the cost is not high at all. Best product ever!

There is not much to not like about Teamdesk. Maybe if you do not like to read and learn how to configure it, and do not want to pay someone else to do it, you may say it is too complex. But then you should look somewere else.

TeamDesk has a feature called web-to-record, which can be embedded as a form in your website.  We have used this to collect user data and put it directly in TeamDesk. Removing manually data entry.

Teamdesk is very easy to use. You can build complex systems that meet many business needs without an IT team. Advanced API integrations are also possible! Their support team is also next level!

It is a great product that outshines its competitors in functionality. However, it may not look as polished as some competitors. If I had to suggest anything, I would say TeamDesk should invest in the interface.

TeamDesk is hosted in the cloud on their secure networks, which means you won't have to worry about any operational difficulties.
It's just what I've been looking for to help me complete my work.
It is effortless to use and set up.
The application is available thru a browser on a Computer, a Macs, an Android smartphone, or an Os X.
TeamDesk provides users with the freedom you choose without introducing an additional layer of challenges to your workflow.

**What do you dislike about TeamDesk?**

The most significant drawback about this is that it must have more choices in the charts area. Aside from that, it is a highly costly piece of equipment. Aside from that, it is the most excellent tool available.

You get a two-week trial period, and there are no cancellation fees. To put it another way, you must take a look at this platform.

We are currently creating a be spoke enterprise resource planning system for our firm. We have already completed developing a customer relationship management system, a contract administrator software, and several operational flows.

Biggest advantage of this is its interface. Interface of this is very straight and easy to use so without any basic knowledge we can use it.Other advantage is we can easily customize our data through this. Also it is very time effective tool.

Biggest disadvantage of this is it must need some more options for charts section.Other than that it is very expensive tool. Other than those thing it is best tool.

Able to execute commercial and administrative processes quickly and more efficiently. I was able to process and personalize many forms to fit the need of our business.

some areas of the software will require a programmer.

Not necessarily a problem however the software could use a face lift and bring it up to date. A bit dated looking.

Excellent customer service/support: most returns are under 1 hour.  Easy development and customization. Good integration with Microsoft Power BI and Excel.

**What do you dislike about TeamDesk?**

Lack some intermediate/advanced learn process. Lack more chart options, but we can handle it integrating with Power BI.

Best tool for replacing thousand of excel sheets.
You have a 2 week trial and no fines for cancelling. In other words, you should try it!

Basically, we are developing a customized ERP for our company. We have already sucessfully developed a CRM, Contract Manager Application and many process Workflows.

What I love most about TeamDesk is that I can customize my accounting projects. All the information is better organized. It fits perfectly with what I need to carry out my tasks. It is very easy to use and install. It is definitely the solution to sales management problems.

What I really do not like is how expensive it is. Verdaderemente is a unique software but its price is worth it.
