My team is able to track the type of request using the tagging feature, making the ability to sort through previous responses a breeze. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TeamDesk?

We use this as a ticketing system, and our clients are on a monthly allotment of time. The time allocation can be hard to track month-to-month in the Desk based tracking feature, specifically when a request rolls into a new month (and has been unresolved in one calendar month's time). Easy to use. Totally customizable. Use it every day, everywhere. On my pc, my mobile, tablet, etcetera. And the cost is not high at all. Best product ever! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
