What I like best about Team365 CRM is how easy it is to use and how well it keeps everything organized. It really helps me stay on top of my tasks and follow-ups without any confusion.

The only thing I dislike about Team365 CRM is that it can be a bit slow at times and some features take a little while to load. Other than that, it works pretty well overall.

Team365 CRM helps me keep track of leads, follow-ups, and client interactions in one place. It saves me a lot of time and makes my work more organized, so I don’t miss any important calls or meetings.

I have had the pleasure of using Team365 CRM for my business, and I must say it has been a game-changer. This comprehensive customer relationship management platform has impressed me with its extensive range of features and its seamless integration with our existing workflow. Among the many outstanding aspects of Team365 CRM, there are a few that truly stand out and make it the best CRM solution I have come across.

**What do you dislike about Team365 CRM?**

One aspect that I find somewhat lacking in Team365 CRM is its customization options. While the platform offers a decent level of customization, it does not provide as much flexibility as some other CRM solutions on the market. I would appreciate more control over the layout and design elements, as well as the ability to create custom fields tailored to our specific business needs.

**What problems is Team365 CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Team365 CRM has successfully tackled the management of customer relationships. Prior to implementing this CRM platform, we struggled with scattered customer data, inconsistent communication, and missed opportunities. Team365 CRM has centralized all our customer information, enabling us to access a comprehensive view of each customer's history, interactions, and preferences. This has facilitated more personalized and targeted engagement, leading to stronger customer relationships, increased satisfaction, and ultimately, improved customer retention.

Team365 has proven invaluable in streamlining our client data management and enabling us to maintain a structured approach to tracking the delivery of our products, particularly for social projects and resource allocation. Additionally, it has greatly facilitated our ability to monitor the progress of our clients' projects.

**What do you dislike about Team365 CRM?**

Exporting data has been a challenging aspect for us, often requiring significant formatting efforts to prepare the data for integration with our other systems, which bear resemblance to MS-Project.

**What problems is Team365 CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Due to the fact that we operate in a non-native English-speaking environment, the software's intuitiveness has been highly beneficial, especially for users with limited English proficiency.

It's a small solution that helps small companies that do not require a massive CRM solution. It takes care of the set up and training. It helps with day to day and avoid using excel sheet for everyting.

Some of the options may be slightly more advanced.

It helps reduce use of Excel and make all the operations more automated and visable.
