The company can focus on there content sigma. I am able to upload study materials, assignment links, and exam links in this LMS. Also, i can share a timetable and marksheets with students in this tool. As a staff, i can check my profile and also i can apply for leave in this tcsion. **What do you like best about TCS iON?** This tool is integrated with LMS and the staff portal under one umbrella. So no need to use different tools to check various things. Apart from that, uploading reading materials, assignment submission, and conducting exams in one tool are vital advantages. **What do you dislike about TCS iON?** Too much of a process to create each thing, and students feel it is challenging to navigate the options. Apart from that, without our knowledge, new updates were implementing in TCSION, and we are not aware of the updates. **What problems is TCS iON solving and how is that benefiting you?** Problem Solving: 1.
