Larger settings also get rooms, a staff rota with live ratio and qualification-mix checks, a Single Central Record, and a kitchen hub with allergen-aware menus and hygiene logs. Parents get their child's updates through a secure link — no app to download, no account to create, no password to forget. It is built and hosted in the UK, and follows the frameworks settings are actually inspected against: EYFS and Ofsted in England, CIW in Wales, and the Care Inspectorate in Scotland.
