One has the worst customer service I've ever expereinced, and the other takes days by email. The reliability of the API and performance of the data flow is really good. We are reliably able to populate the sales tax information and monitor our transactions with woocomerce with ease. Unfortunately we were forced to use the premium tier because of our integration with woocomerce and the SST program requirement but taxcloud is cheaper than most options we saw.
