## Tavus Pricing FAQs

Generated using AI

Is Tavus free, or does it offer a free trial?

Yes. According to G2 data, Tavus offers a free plan with limited features. Users can upgrade to paid plans for additional capabilities. Visit the seller's official pricing page to compare plan options and features.

How much does Tavus cost in 2026?

According to G2 data, Tavus pricing in 2026 starts at $59.00 and can reach $397.00 depending on the selected plan. Pricing may vary based on billing terms or usage, so users should review the Tavus's official pricing page for the most current details.

Who is Tavus pricing best suited for?

Tavus's pricing structure best suits small businesses and developer teams using the free or Starter tiers for API-driven personalized video outreach. G2 reviewers from information services and oil and energy industries — both mid-market and small-business segments — use Tavus primarily for scaling personalized communication and outreach campaigns, making the Growth tier at $397.00/month a fit for teams with higher volume needs. Tavus's Custom tier, starting at $12k annually, targets scaling businesses requiring white-labeling, enterprise compliance, and guaranteed SLAs. G2 reviews caution that teams without technical resources may struggle with onboarding complexity, making Tavus's higher tiers better suited for organizations with dedicated implementation support.

What are the key differences between the free and paid versions of Tavus?

Tavus's free tier targets developers exploring the API, offering 25 minutes of conversational video, 5 minutes of AI video generation, 5 minutes of lipsync, and access to 25 stock replicas — but no custom replica training and no concurrent stream support. Tavus's paid plans unlock custom replica trainings (3 on Starter at $59.00/month, 7 on Growth at $397.00/month), higher minute allocations, pay-as-you-go overages, concurrent streams, and conversation recordings. Tavus's Custom tier adds white-labeling, enterprise security, guaranteed SLAs, and scaling discounts. G2 reviewers highlight personalized replica quality as the core value driver, making custom replica access the most meaningful upgrade from free.

Is Tavus considered good value for its pricing?

G2 reviews of Tavus present a split picture on value. A small-business reviewer in information services rates Tavus 5.0/5, citing significant time savings and strong personalization at scale as clear returns on investment. A mid-market oil and energy reviewer rates it 4.0/5 but explicitly flags Tavus's pricing as higher than competing platforms. A mid-market marketing reviewer rates Tavus 0.0/5, citing high cost against robotic video output, unresolved bugs, and a painful onboarding experience. The pattern: teams with straightforward use cases and technical readiness may find Tavus's pricing justified; teams expecting polished out-of-the-box delivery risk poor cost-to-value outcomes, particularly at Growth and Custom tiers.

"Easy Branded Video Personalization with Natural-Looking Results"

4/5

What do you like best about Tavus?

The best aspect of this platform is that it makes creating the video personalised with the brand much easier. This platform's ability to generate multiple customised videos from a single base recording is also a huge time saver. Their output also feels a bit natural, giving a natural human touch rather than feeling AI-generated. Their overall performance in image generation is good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tavus?

To understand this platform at the beginning, there should be a bit of a complex learning curve. Their platform pricing is also a bit on a larger scale when compared with the other competitive platforms in this space. Also, their personalised output needs some tweaking to get the perfect one. Their UI can also be more intuitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Tavus solving and how is that benefiting you?

This platform solves my problem of scaling personalised communication, instead of recording videos manually for every individual prospect. This platform also automates the process while keeping everything private. Overall, this helps us to improve the engagement rates and makes the outreach campaigns way more effective. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
