## About Tarkflo Hire
Tarkflo Hire is an applicant tracking system (ATS) with built-in AI CV screening and AI voice interviews. It runs the hiring workflow from application to onboarding, rather than only tracking candidates through it. Candidates apply through a branded careers page and are scored against the role by FitScore CV screening. They then complete screening rounds (MCQ, written or one-way video) and a two-way AI voice interview in any of 9 languages. The AI interviewer asks follow-up questions based on what the candidate says and scores the conversation against a role-specific rubric. Every score links to the transcript line behind it, so recruiters review evidence rather than a black-box number. Each round is proctored, with checks for face presence, tab switching, additional voices and phones. Candidates who clear configured score thresholds advance automatically, and borderline candidates are held for human review. Tarkflo does not auto-reject: a person makes the final decision on every candidate. The same pipeline handles human and panel interview scheduling with Google and Microsoft calendars, offer letters with e-signature, document collection with AI verification, and onboarding. Tarkflo Lens lets recruiters query their pipeline in plain language, for example "who scored above 70 on the GTM role and has SaaS experience?", and returns answers with citations showing how each fact was verified. Tarkflo Hire is built for startups and SMBs that receive more applications than they can review, BPOs and contact centres hiring at volume with more than 100 interviews running in parallel, and staffing agencies that share evidence-backed shortlists with clients through a client portal.
