Taraki Reviews & Product Details

Hiring in Pakistan usually means posting the same role in four places, then working through applications across four inboxes with no consistent way to compare people. You have no one place to track and manage candidates. The good candidates are in there somewhere. Finding them takes longer than it should. Taraki brings that into one place. Post a role once and it goes live across LinkedIn, Indeed, Google Jobs and Taraki from a single submission, at a fraction of what those platforms charge directly. Every application that comes back lands in the same pipeline. Each applicant gets a match score out of 100 with a breakdown of how it was reached, so you can see who fits the requirements before you open a single CV. You still make the call. The scoring just means you start with the shortlist instead of building it. Everything sits inside a built-in ATS. Move candidates through stages you define, keep notes in one place, and search across everyone who has ever applied to you rather than losing them when a role closes. Custom application forms let you ask the questions that actually matter for the role. Postings carry a verification tick, which matters more than it sounds. Candidates in this market have learned to be careful about which listings are real, and verified roles get better applicants. Built for founders and hiring teams at startups and small to mid-sized companies in Lahore, Karachi and Islamabad. Works whether you are hiring one role this quarter or twenty.
