Tapdesk even finds phone numbers of the businesses and must grab their ratings off of Google. I can export these contacts and enroll them into my campaigns. This feature alone has saved me many hours of prospecting. On top of that, the CRM is very robust. I track certain criteria in the custom tags - which has made my life much easier. **What do you dislike about Tapdesk?** A very small item: I wish the business search export included the location of the business (city and state). **What problems is Tapdesk solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am able to find prospect contacts with Tapdesk and then manage them through our sales process. This is incredibly valuable to have all of this functionality in one application. Tapdesk is a simplistic but comprehensive sales software. ### 3. I have been hunting for a great, lightweight CRM for a long time, and I finally think this is it. Easy to set up, add contacts, create pipelines and custom fields / tags. The best part about Tapdesk is that they have great support and their executive team seems to be serious about building it into a marquee product. **What do you dislike about Tapdesk?** I wish I could find more executive contacts through the reveal contacts function. No company that's hurting to increase their productivity should be without tapdesk. The onboarding was effortless and intuitive, and I'm impressed by their prospect search feature.
