Difficult but handy **Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Construction | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** November 17, 2020 **What do you like best about Tapatalk?** I like that I can have my own forum on a smartphone app **What do you dislike about Tapatalk?** I don’t like that it the button to my forum is so small on the Tapatalk app. It can be hard to find sometimes, and is very difficult for others that I show how to use the app. **Recommendations to others considering Tapatalk:** It’s great if you know what you’re doing. Can be difficult for those that aren’t tech savvy. **What problems is Tapatalk solving and how is that benefiting you?** Solving the problem of mobile access to our forum. Needed to do this because over 50% of our company works from a mobile device. ### 2. The only disadvantage that I felt Is the slow loading. Ignoring this is a good application. The app is available in play store. **What problems is Tapatalk solving and how is that benefiting you?** Creating a page of our interest and making a chatroom for chatting with our group members. I am not sure if this is some setting that I can adjust though. It also was showing me "trending" topics that were very old, and definitely not actively being discussed from the one forum that I was active in. **What problems is Tapatalk solving and how is that benefiting you?** Accessing the forum on mobile was cumbersome and difficult, but tapatalk was easy to use. ### 5. No categories or topics just a massive list of posts. **Recommendations to others considering Tapatalk:** It is an easy to use linear messaging system. Much like a group email. **What problems is Tapatalk solving and how is that benefiting you?** My group was looking for a solution to replace a forum and an old email list. Something with a corresponding mobile app. We needed to be able to organize the messages into categories. This wasn't that. ### 6. I like having mean different topics that I can create. I love that using this software, when you movie around in the platform you can see a lot of different topics, such as entertainment or you can search forums using keywords or by topics and be able to save the favorite forums. My favorite is I love that you can get emails to when a topic is added or when someone joins or answers a question. The games forums are really fun. **What do you dislike about Tapatalk?** I'm not a fan that the only way to use these threads are through Google play. I wish it could be used online on a computer instead of mobile, because sometimes we are more active then being mobile. I also not a fan of the app crashing. I have a lot of issues with so many software's or apps being downloaded to find out it uses so much space and memory. **Recommendations to others considering Tapatalk:** I love this app, I think it would be an amazing way to get your customer active and get ways for them to be more involved with companies being social. I would recommend trying find different topics to keep your customers involved and social. **What problems is Tapatalk solving and how is that benefiting you?** The best business problem I'm solving is getting my readers and the community together. By creating a forum I can getting answers to questions that my readers have. And I also love that my readers and ask questions to each other and get those answers. ### 7. The userbase is robust and the built-in support of Google Connect really enables my team to maximize our work. **What do you dislike about Tapatalk?** THere is very little to dislike. The inconsistencies between iOS and android apps make it difficult at times to train users, but the app is pretty easy to get used to. **Recommendations to others considering Tapatalk:** If you have a small group that you need to work together with an ongoing log - try tapatalk today **What problems is Tapatalk solving and how is that benefiting you?** Cross team, cross country collaboration in a project environment. ### 8.
