Also, I have searched far and wide for a proposal software that can easily bake in the terms and conditions in a presentable manner, which I have yet to find anything close to what Tango can do. Then there's the integration to Stripe for recurring payments baked in, invoicing, messegaing, late payment auto messaging, signing, the XERO integration. Then the ability to create a mix of packages, whether for a subsciption to my service with tiered options or one off services with the added ability to spilt payment by amount or percentage. This software is PERFECT for my agency. **What do you dislike about Tango Agreements?** There were a couple of minor issues BUT this was stamped out quickly with their support. So far, very happy with this. **What problems is Tango Agreements solving and how is that benefiting you?** A way to seamlessley manage contracts AND proposals that are specific to my agency. Definitely ease of use and the Xero integration with invoicing to the client was a tough one prior to using Tango. ### 2. In the past, it was all burried in long hard to read contract documents. This tool is meant for agencies to set up projects for success. **What do you dislike about Tango Agreements?** There is a Quickbooks integration, though I'd like to see even more Quickbooks features & syncing. **What problems is Tango Agreements solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am now able to use Tango to clearly scope out projects before selling them, and invoicing is handled immediately. This is such a relief as I used to dislike making all these invoices and manually sending them out. ### 4. Customer support is very responsive (sometimes within minutes). **What do you dislike about Tango Agreements?** Not being able to group templates across different service categories - but this is quite a minor pain point and a feature that is likely to be offered in the future. **What problems is Tango Agreements solving and how is that benefiting you?** Templating proposals and streamlining the proposal review and acceptance process with clients. ### 5. Not only has it replaced filling in Google Doc template proposals manually, it’s completely automated our contracts and invoices. On top of that, it even saves our clients time with the Stripe integration. As an agency, spending the least amount of time on administrative tasks increases our time spent on profitable tasks, so it’s safe to say that Tango actually makes us money. **What do you dislike about Tango Agreements?** When we first started using Tango, there were a few limitations or features that didn't work how we needed. However, upon giving Tango feedback, their team worked closely with us and implemented changes according to our feedback, and extremely fast too. **What problems is Tango Agreements solving and how is that benefiting you?** Tango is saving us from filling out Google Docs manually to create proposals. We've created templates on there, and it sends them to our clients with a push of a button, and even follows up with them. Along with the invoicing and stripe payments, it's even minimized our administration software stack ### 8. It’s helped simplify and clean up the process for us tremendously. Not only does the contract look more professional when your client receives the email for approval, it’s easier for them to see the important terms of the SoW and sign. You also have the ability to add optional pieces of work to be approved at a later date which makes managing scope creep less complicated **What do you dislike about Tango Agreements?** Nothing so far. The product is still relatively new, but they are constantly making improvements. **What problems is Tango Agreements solving and how is that benefiting you?** It makes the contracting process much smoother and looks more professional. It also helps us avoid scope creep with is very common in digital services. ### 9.
