Simplicity of Drag and Drop ( Requires no code ) for setting assessment flows and automated rule based reach outs to potential candidates

**What do you dislike about Talowiz?**

There is more job to be done in integrating Talowiz with post hiring journey and entire tool requires a little extra hand holding for a beginner on this tool.

**What problems is Talowiz solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helps us in hiring good quality teachers at a very low TAT by keeping leads engaged and partially assessed asynchronously. 
Our selection TATs have reduced from 27 to 16 days after we started using Talowiz.

**What do you like best about Talowiz?**

The tool has all kinds of flexibility to automate almost everything in talent ops. Particularly the way I was able to put up manual interviews on this product.

A small learning curve as there are a lot of features available.

We have to conduct shortlisting and assessment for a large sum of candidates. Doing it manually was a big headache. Talowiz automated the hiring process like a workflow.
