Talkruit Reviews & Product Details

Talkruit is an applicant tracking system for tech hiring with AI built into each step of the funnel. It is made for IT companies and recruiting agencies that hire developers in waves and do not want to pay per seat in the months they are not hiring. How a hire moves through Talkruit: Sources and CVs. Applications from Djinni and Work.ua land in the pipeline on their own; candidates can also be imported from Google Sheets and Forms. AI scores each CV from 0 to 100 against the job and explains the score. First call. Candidates above a score threshold can be invited automatically. They pick a time, open a link in the browser and talk to a voice AI agent for 10, 15 or 20 minutes in Ukrainian or English. The agent asks about the experience in the CV and the job's requirements and follows up on vague answers. Screening report. HR gets a 0 to 100 score across six criteria (relevant experience, tech stack, motivation, communication, logistics and availability, English), a recommendation with reasons, mismatches between the CV and the call, key moments with timecodes, the transcript and the recording. Take-home test. The candidate's public repository is built and tested automatically, and AI writes a code review before the tech lead opens a file. Interviews. Candidates book a slot in the interviewer's calendar (Google Calendar and Outlook sync). HR and tech interviews run in a Talkruit video room with a shared code board, or in Google Meet through a Chrome extension. AI writes a report with skill scores and timecodes. Decision and analytics. Every result sits in one candidate profile. Funnel and source analytics show where candidates drop off. Candidates get reminders by email and Telegram and can message the recruiter through a Telegram bot. Pricing is pay per use: credits are spent only on AI actions, from $0.08 for a CV analysis to about $1.13 for a 9 minute voice screening. The ATS itself, users, analytics and the calendar are free. New accounts get 150 credits for 14 days without a card. The database and accounts are hosted by Supabase in the EU (Ireland), CVs in Google Cloud Storage in the EU (Frankfurt) and recordings in Google Cloud Storage in the US. Organizations are isolated with row-level security. Gemini runs on Google Cloud Vertex AI, which does not train on customer data. Talkruit does not replace recruiters. AI prepares the evidence; people decide who moves forward.
