Talkora AI Reviews & Product Details

Talkora AI is an AI receptionist and business phone app that helps small businesses handle incoming calls, capture customer enquiries, and manage follow-ups from their phone. Built for busy owners and service-based businesses, it answers calls around the clock, including after hours, weekends, and holidays. Businesses can configure the AI receptionist with their services, pricing, opening hours, and other business information. Talkora AI greets callers, answers common questions, and captures details such as names, contact information, customer needs, and booking requests. It can handle multiple calls simultaneously, helping businesses stay responsive when owners are unavailable. After each call, Talkora AI provides a recording, transcript, and AI-generated summary with action items. Instant notifications help owners identify requests that need attention, while one-tap callbacks let them follow up using their business number. Key capabilities include: • 24/7 AI call answering with natural voice conversations. • Customer enquiry and lead information capture. • Call recordings, transcripts, summaries, and action items. • Business calling, SMS, contacts, and conversation history in one app. • Call forwarding from an existing number. • Customizable AI voice, business information, and call-length settings. Talkora AI supports businesses such as home service providers, salons, clinics, real estate agencies, restaurants, and professional service firms. By combining automated call answering with personal follow-up, it helps owners reduce missed enquiries, spend less time reviewing calls, and keep customer communication organized.
