Quick and efficient communication when an issue arises with my student or I have something time sensitive to relay. Helps be productive.

I absolutely love how easy it is to use Talking Points. I teach multilingual learners that speak various languages. I'm able to send 1 text to all my families and it translates to the many languages they speak.

**What do you dislike about TalkingPoints?**

There is nothing I dislike. The app and website meet all of my needs at this time.

**What problems is TalkingPoints solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am able to help classroom teachers communicate with their students' families. I also answer any questions families may have quickly since I have access to the app or a notification appears on my desktop.

  ### 3. Efficient Time Saver

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Scott K. | Special Education History Teacher, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 11, 2022

**What do you like best about TalkingPoints?**

The best features are the translation tool and the fact that communication is as simple as regular texting.

**What do you dislike about TalkingPoints?**

The one negative is that it takes quite a bit of time to front-load all student/ caretaker information.

**What problems is TalkingPoints solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves the issue of constantly getting a translator for multiple languages

  ### 4. Excellent resource for the Esol environment

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Latonya C. | English Teacher, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 16, 2022

**What do you like best about TalkingPoints?**

I love that I'm able to effectively communicate with parents of different languages. This helps teachers involve the community and it serves as documentation. This is honestly the best app out because it's easy for all users.

**What do you dislike about TalkingPoints?**

I love mostly everything! It's very clear to use and understand. I just wish their was an easier way to add in the contacts. For example, if it was connected to our attendance application.

**Recommendations to others considering TalkingPoints:**

To 100% use it!

**What problems is TalkingPoints solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This app helps bridging the communication gap within the our school culture. Our parents feel lost and uninvolved because of their lack of speaking English. Talking Points gives the parents a voice and this can be seen in the attitude and development of the students.

  ### 5. Great Communication Tool for Students, Teachers, and Parents

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Leslie U. | Teacher, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 15, 2022

**What do you like best about TalkingPoints?**

The program is extremely user-friendly. If I have an issue with one of my emerging bilingual students, I can easily contact their parents with the program. This helps me help my students become their best selves.

**What do you dislike about TalkingPoints?**

I don't have any complaints about the program. It is extremely user friendly and parents can just message me back like a text message. This helps with classroom management.

**Recommendations to others considering TalkingPoints:**

I recommend this for anyone who needs an interpreter service.

**What problems is TalkingPoints solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The language barrier between me and my student's parents. I don't speak multiple languages and most of my students as well as their families have just gotten here from Afghanistan.

  ### 6. Great for Communicating with Parents/Guardians!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** brooke n. | PLTW Teacher, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2022

**What do you like best about TalkingPoints?**

I like that I can send one message and it goes to all of my students' adults at once, in their language. I use it for all of my classes and for after school groups.

**What do you dislike about TalkingPoints?**

It was a little difficult to set up all of my students' contact info. I also would like it if the parent/guardian could choose their language. I made a mistake based on what was listed in my school's SIS and the parent was upset that I sent it in the wrong language.

**What problems is TalkingPoints solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I solved the problem of not being able to communicate both en masse and individually with parents. I can message a parent immediately during class and they never know my number.

  ### 7. Great for teachers

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brianne W. | Teacher, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 16, 2022

**What do you like best about TalkingPoints?**

I like that my parents can easily translate what I send and I can easily translate what they sent me. If I have questions about the translation I can get help from talking points.

**What do you dislike about TalkingPoints?**

When students have more than 1 parent signed up I can't tell which one I am talking too. I just know I'm talking to someone signed up for that students. Also the system goes down without warning.

**Recommendations to others considering TalkingPoints:**

It's great to early communicate especially when language might be an issue.

**What problems is TalkingPoints solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It make it so much easier to talk to parents especially when there is a language differences. Also I like that I can send out an announcement that on paper may get lost in book bags.

  ### 8. Great for messaging parents while keeping anonymous.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** MICHELLE T. | E, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 15, 2022

**What do you like best about TalkingPoints?**

It auto loads from our Aspen parent contacts, translates to their language and keeps out contact info private. It allows whole class or individual messaging.

**What do you dislike about TalkingPoints?**

It sometimes lagged and doesn't do all the languages of the students we have in our school. It doesn't show up each contact so we can choose but it will allow us to message any or all.

**Recommendations to others considering TalkingPoints:**

If you need ease of use, effortless translation, anonymous contact-look no further.

**What problems is TalkingPoints solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's helping the school communicate with parents of various languages within no effort. I'm able to communicate and send pictures to parents indivially or as a whole class in seconds.

  ### 9. Use with Beginner English Learners

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tiffany C. | Adjunct Faculty, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 20, 2022

**What do you like best about TalkingPoints?**

Our program has utilized Talking Points for essential communication with our beginner-level English learners. The process is easy and adaptable for numerous L1s. I also like that I am able to use Talking Points as an app on my phone as well as on the computer.

**What do you dislike about TalkingPoints?**

Several learners have not downloaded the app, but they still receive the message in their texts.

**Recommendations to others considering TalkingPoints:**

It is great that some of our adult learners already are familiar with TP from their children's teachers.

**What problems is TalkingPoints solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is simpler than going into Google Translate or similar to copy and paste the text making it more productive.

  ### 10. TalkingPoints is worth it!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kat R. | Lead Teacher: Dual Language and ESL, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 15, 2022

**What do you like best about TalkingPoints?**

TalkingPoints allows teachers and parents to quickly and easily communicate with each other. The ability for users to send/receive in their preferred language was very useful for our community.

**What do you dislike about TalkingPoints?**

Not all of the language translations are accurate. We use Spanish 99% of the time, and the Spanish translations are good, but others, particularly non-roman-alphabet scripts, are not as accurate.

**Recommendations to others considering TalkingPoints:**

A lot of our parents prefer texting to checking email, so TalkingPoints was very beneficial for us.

**What problems is TalkingPoints solving and how is that benefiting you?**

TalkingPoints helps our teachers and parents more effectively communicate with each other. Multiple users can be attached to the same list (teachers, assistants, support staff, etc.)

  ### 11. Great for teachers!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kayla S. | Teacher, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 02, 2022

**What do you like best about TalkingPoints?**

It's great for teachers to use especially if you have parent who do not speak English!

**What do you dislike about TalkingPoints?**

Nothing so far. I enjoy using the app for work.

**What problems is TalkingPoints solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Helping me communicate with my students guardians

  ### 12. Auto translates; with real person assist

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Primary/Secondary Education | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 24, 2022

**What do you like best about TalkingPoints?**

Google translate is fine but tedious. This is perfect for educators. Home language is pre-loaded. Both educator and guardian write in their native language. The program translates whenever those languages do not match.
Sometimes the auto translation is odd. I simply ask for a translation review. That always fixes the idioms for me.
I also love being able to select whole classes, single classes, or even small groups of students to send messages.
Thus even allows templates and will merge student names with your messages.

**What do you dislike about TalkingPoints?**

I wish that I have this connect directly to our district Google Classroom and/or our student portal system.
Our student system does not work as efficiently.
It is not easy to remember a few of the steps. I would love to see help icons that would pop up directions where we would need them.

**What problems is TalkingPoints solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is difficult to reach parents, especially with different job schedules. I can send a note when I am available, and they can respond when they are available. The TalkingPoints program keeps your messages.

  ### 13. Easy to use if managed well from the start

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Diana L. | Middle School Science Teacher, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 16, 2022

**What do you like best about TalkingPoints?**

I love being able to communicate with all of my parents. It allows translations in multiple languages and can be sent to multiple contacts per student. I have not used any other products as a comparison.

**What do you dislike about TalkingPoints?**

Sometimes the translations do not come through well. Usually, if I submit for a review, it will be easier to read. Also, ours is managed through powerschool so if the information is not correct, we are unable to add contacts.

**What problems is TalkingPoints solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can send announcements such as upcoming tests, homework, labs, etc. Also, school-wide announcements can be sent out. The benefit is being able to reach a parent or guardian quickly without a phone call through a translator service.

  ### 14. Best option for parent contacts

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Javier R. | Teacher, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 25, 2022

**What do you like best about TalkingPoints?**

It's a great way to contact parents without spending too much time on the phone. Also it keeps your number private. Plus I love the home language option. My Spanish isn't that great so having this app speak Spanish for me is perfect.

**What do you dislike about TalkingPoints?**

The downside to the app is that it's an app so there's no personal connection. Too impersonal. Sometimes the student will circumvent the text and send the text to their phone, not the parent's.

**What problems is TalkingPoints solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Use TP to inform parents letting them know that we upcoming due dates, tests, or failure notifications.

A great benefit is when the parent becomes more involved in their student's education. Win/win!

  ### 15. Perfect for ESL Teachers

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** PATRICIA B. | ESL Teacher, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 16, 2022

**What do you like best about TalkingPoints?**

I am a K-12 ESL teacher. My district uses Remind and Class Dojo. Many of my parents do not respond to messages because they have to download the apps, have smartphones, etc. TalkingPoints is perfect because parents don't have to do anything to receive messages. They go straight to their text messages. I only use TalkingPoints to contact my families!

**What do you dislike about TalkingPoints?**

I really can't think of anything that I would want to change.

**What problems is TalkingPoints solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Parents don't have to have a smartphone to get and reply to messages. It cuts down on the hassle of communicating that happens with other platforms.

  ### 16. Amazing parent contact app

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amy V. | Preschool teacher, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 16, 2022

**What do you like best about TalkingPoints?**

I love that this program allows you to contact parents easily as well as send pictures to families. I love that I can send out group messages as well to families.

**What do you dislike about TalkingPoints?**

I wish both parents could see the response from the other parent when they reply to the teacher instead of only teacher being able to see it so they know if need to respond still or if it is already taken care of without having to contact their spouse first.

**What problems is TalkingPoints solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can now send messages to my parents whom speak other languages and they can understand me. Also, I don't have to message each parent separately when sharing about a class lesson.

  ### 17. Connecting with families

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Melissa B. | 5th Grade teacher, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 16, 2022

**What do you like best about TalkingPoints?**

I love how I can connect with families even if they don't speak English. Its quick and easy! Its helped me stay connected with families for anything from a simple reminder to bigger issues that I feel they need to know about. One of the best tools I've ever used in my 19 years of teaching!

**What do you dislike about TalkingPoints?**

I honestly can't think of anything I don't like about TalkingPoints. Maybe that I don't have 100% participation but that's more of a family issue, not something that TalkingPoints is doing wrong.

**What problems is TalkingPoints solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Solving problems like missing homework, forgotten materials, and needed classroom supplies. Being able to connect to ALL my parents not just my English speaking parents.

  ### 18. Great for Parent Communication

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Primary/Secondary Education | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 17, 2022

**What do you like best about TalkingPoints?**

I love how easy it is to type a message to parents and send it all at once. It even translates for me so the parents who don't read English as well can read and reply in their native language for easy back and forth communication.

**What do you dislike about TalkingPoints?**

A higher character count limit would be helpful. I know it has been raised since I first started using TP so it is better. Also having rewording suggestions when a message is flagged for a high reading level would be helpful. So much of what I type has specific names parents need that can't be reworded to a lower level though.

**Recommendations to others considering TalkingPoints:**

TalkingPoints is a great tool for mass communications especially if you need to communicate with someone with a different first language.

**What problems is TalkingPoints solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can communicate with parents with a different native language while we both can use our native language. I can quickly send messages out to multiple parents without having to copy and paste them several times.

  ### 19. Easy Communication Tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Primary/Secondary Education | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 17, 2022

**What do you like best about TalkingPoints?**

I have used other communication tools before, but Talking Points has been a great resource for me this year. I love that it can translate into different languages and that I can send individual messages or class announcements. I also like the ability to send pictures to parents. As a first time user this year, I have found it to be very user friendly and parents seem to have an easy time with it on their end too.

**What do you dislike about TalkingPoints?**

I have not found any features that I am disappointed in or that I wish Talking Points was able to accomplish. The only thing I could say is that when students leave or enter my classroom, I wish that my account was updated to reflect those changes, but that is not an issue with Talking Points.

**What problems is TalkingPoints solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The only problem I am solving with Talking Points is the quick and immediate communication I can have with parents. Whether it is a reminder about picture day or a parent telling me Grandma is picking up a student today, I can reach out to parents throughout the day on my schedule.

  ### 20. What a helpful tool!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Primary/Secondary Education | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 16, 2022

**What do you like best about TalkingPoints?**

I like that I can contact many individuals quickly using various devices! I can have customized lists for various groups I need to contact or I can contact folks individually.

**What do you dislike about TalkingPoints?**

I wasn't a fan of the initial set-up. Data entry - even if using a spreadsheet - had to be keyed in by hand. This was an unnecessarily long process that prevented some of my colleagues from even trying Talking Points!

**Recommendations to others considering TalkingPoints:**

The setup, sharing features, and grouping make it so easy to contact multiple groups with the click of a button. While my students complete their daily warm-up, I am taking attendance and sending text alerts to families to let them know students are not in live learning sessions. Not only has attendance increased, but so has relationships with students and families, student engagement, and achievement!

**What problems is TalkingPoints solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have definitely increased my communications with parents, and thus students have turned school work in more quickly and not fallen behind.

  ### 21. Convenient Communication

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Primary/Secondary Education | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 16, 2022

**What do you like best about TalkingPoints?**

Talking Points has made connecting with EL families during the pandemic so much easier. This is one of the few avenues EL families have for contacting the school, which empowers them to reach out when they need assistance with anything.

**What do you dislike about TalkingPoints?**

I wish that I could see the number attached to my talking points profile so that I could add it to a business card or email signature for families to find even easier.

**What problems is TalkingPoints solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have an enormous EL population in Kentwood Public Schools. While we work with an interpreter service that allows us to call home, often parents who don't speak English have no easy way of contacting the school. This has allowed parents to contact us if their student is absent, or if they need transportation, or in order to schedule a phone call home through an interpreter. Talking Points has allowed our families to take more agency over their communication with teachers and admin, strengthening family engagement.

  ### 22. It was easy to use and my parents were able to communicate with me in English/Spanish if needed.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mary Lou P. | Primary Teacher, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 16, 2022

**What do you like best about TalkingPoints?**

Communicating with my parents who speak different languages. It was nice getting my messages in my mailbox.

**What do you dislike about TalkingPoints?**

I didn't feel like there was anything I didn't like about talking points. It was easy to use and my parents were able to put the app on their phones which made it easy for us to communicate.

**Recommendations to others considering TalkingPoints:**

It's easy to use and helps with communication with parents in a school setting.

**What problems is TalkingPoints solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Great communication with my parents who speak different languages and how I can easily respond even with my phone if needed if I am not near my computer.

  ### 23. Great tool to keep in communication with parents

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Olga P. | Migrant Advocate/Teacher, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 17, 2022

**What do you like best about TalkingPoints?**

Keeping parents up to date with their children's academic and social progress is paramount to their success in school. Talking points allow parents to have this information instantaneously using their cellphone SMS in their own home language.

**What do you dislike about TalkingPoints?**

I would like to cut and paste pictures into the message area. Also, I would like to have a preset signature for every time you send a message or announcement.

**What problems is TalkingPoints solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I send class and school announcements in their own language so they are kept in the loop. Spanish-speaking parents are very grateful because they feel someone cares about them.

  ### 24. Excellent Resource

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Linda S. | Middle School Business and IT Class, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 17, 2022

**What do you like best about TalkingPoints?**

I really appreciate the ability to contact all parents and students in one local spot and the ability to keep in touch with parents in one easiy accessible place.

**What do you dislike about TalkingPoints?**

From what I have seen to this point, I believe it has all of the resources needed to keep in touch with the students and their families.

**What problems is TalkingPoints solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am announcing to parents the projects we are currently working on in class and how their students are doing. I am also making them aware of the due date for incomplete work to be submitted in order for it to be graded and entered into the grade book for their final class grades.

  ### 25. Amazing communication tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kat S. | Principal- R.E.A.C.H. Academy, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 16, 2022

**What do you like best about TalkingPoints?**

Talking Points has helped me communicate with all of my parents, no matter their language. It is simple to use and the parents like the language capabilities.

**What do you dislike about TalkingPoints?**

The only downside I had early on was that my parents didn't use the program. However, once I explained the uses, parents began using it all of the time.

**Recommendations to others considering TalkingPoints:**

Do it! Amazing communication abilities.

**What problems is TalkingPoints solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The language barrier is number one for me. I only speak English and need to communicate in 7 different languages. It is perfect for the parents and I to use so everyone is included.

  ### 26. Great service!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Primary/Secondary Education | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 16, 2022

**What do you like best about TalkingPoints?**

I love that TalkingPoints allows me to communicate with families who speak a different language than myself. It is easy to use for families by just downloading the app or replying to the message via SMS!

**What do you dislike about TalkingPoints?**

Occasionally, the translation can be hard to interpret. If this is the case though, you can send the message in to be reviewed and get a real person to look at the message and correct any misunderstanding.

**What problems is TalkingPoints solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am able to connect with my students' families in a way that was very difficult before. I can create announcements and send individual messages to keep families updated on school events, information, and indivudual student updates.

  ### 27. Great platform

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Primary/Secondary Education | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 14, 2022

**What do you like best about TalkingPoints?**

The app and having the translation service allow us to stay in contact with all of our multi language learners and their families. It's a great way to spread the positive feedback for the students.

**What do you dislike about TalkingPoints?**

Right now my biggest issue is with the slow loading of the website and the app. It seems to take up to 30 seconds on the app to load the page. Also being able to go back in and edit an existing post rather than deleting it and having to re-post all over again..

**What problems is TalkingPoints solving and how is that benefiting you?**

At this time I think just working on the slow response. Other than that I don't have any real tech issues or complaints with the user interface. Overall it's very functional but maybe a few more updates rather than having them so spread out.

  ### 28. It has a great translator for different languages.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nichola W. | Distance Educator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 13, 2022

**What do you like best about TalkingPoints?**

There is no need to give out your personal phone number to families of students. That is a plus for security and privacy. I teach many Hispanic students who speak Spanish in the home. TalkingPoints translates the English messages into Spanish.

**What do you dislike about TalkingPoints?**

It takes a long time to set up multiple contacts. I wish there was an easier way to do this. There was no problem setting up one account. But when I had to set up 150 accounts, it became an overwhelming task.

**Recommendations to others considering TalkingPoints:**

If you have multiple classes of students, set up talkingpoints at the beginning of the year.

**What problems is TalkingPoints solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am still new to TalkingPoints and am not yet aware of the upgrades that you are working on. There is functionality that I have not used yet, such as multi media with TalkingPoints.

  ### 29. Talking Points gets an A+ for communication with families!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** JESSICA P. | Teacher, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 16, 2022

**What do you like best about TalkingPoints?**

Translated messages, ease of use, automatically keeps a record of all family communication that I can refer back to if necessary, also able to be used as an app or just as standard SMS with parents

**What do you dislike about TalkingPoints?**

I do not think that anything is missing from this app - it was well-developed and continuously updated. My only suggestion would be to include additional language support for languages not yet featured in the app.

**Recommendations to others considering TalkingPoints:**

Input students' contact information using the free template from the website - it's so easy!

**What problems is TalkingPoints solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Communication with speakers of other languages!

  ### 30. Crucial tool for communicating with families!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Catherine S. | 2nd Grade Dual Language teacher, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 18, 2022

**What do you like best about TalkingPoints?**

Translation to preferred language for teachers and parents, I like that if a message is unclear an anctual person will clarify the message and I can see how it was translated for the receiver of the message.

**What do you dislike about TalkingPoints?**

I wish I was able to add/ change contact information instead of having to contact administration

**Recommendations to others considering TalkingPoints:**

It's a great app! I wish there was a way to have voice conversations with a translator

**What problems is TalkingPoints solving and how is that benefiting you?**

TalkingPoints helps to solve language barrier when communicating with my students families. Being able to send a class announcement helps when I have forgotten to send home a note with students or need to communicate something quickly.

  ### 31. Messages at your fingertip

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Christie H. | Functional Life Skills Teacher, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 17, 2022

**What do you like best about TalkingPoints?**

  ### 46. Great tool to communicate with parents

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed Date:** July 06, 2022

**What do you like best about TalkingPoints?**

**What do you dislike about TalkingPoints?**

The translations of course have some limitations, but for the most part, the message is conveyed and communication is possible through the app.

**What problems is TalkingPoints solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There were so many channels of communication at our school and I think parents were tired of receiving so many emails, we all disregard emails after receiving so much junk; with TAlkingPoints, the important messages are never lost because they get right to their phones.

**What do you dislike about TalkingPoints?**

I don't like that I cannot determine which parent I am communicating with. It just says "parent." If both parents respond, I'm never sure who I'm messaging back or if I'm messaging both of them.

**What problems is TalkingPoints solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's so much faster than having to look up an email or a phone number, and it takes a few seconds as opposed to the 20 mins a phone call takes. As someone with limited after school time, this allows me to make the most of said time.
