We receive very quick and helpful support with any of our questions, concerns, or ideas. That support is crucial to meet stakeholder requests to build/enhance surveys and understand your survey data. Unfortunately there is no option to build a custom dashboard that is connected to live data within the platform. This is the largest drawback, in my opinion, as data must be manually downloaded and analyzed in an outside tool if you wish to view results in dashboard form.
