TalentJam Reviews & Product Details

TalentJam is a skills-based capability management platform that unifies skills management, adaptable performance reviews and calibration, and employee growth. It gives leaders real-time visibility across teams to identify skill gaps, target development, and make better workforce decisions in fast-changing environments. TalentJam supports custom and recognised frameworks (including SFIA, DCF, and PSF), letting you define your own skills, job families, and role profiles, then map competencies to positions and pathways with measurable development plans. Reviews stay structured yet flexible, supporting different models, cadences, and role-specific criteria, while calibration tools help ensure ratings are consistent and fair across managers and teams. Evidence-based assessment anchored in outcomes and documented evidence reduces bias, and an intuitive workflow turns skills and performance data into clear, actionable insights with less admin and greater rigour.
