Talent Automation Reviews & Product Details

Recruiting in a difficult sector in a changing labor market? The tables have turned and a much more active approach to recruitment might be necessary. Talent Automation allows you to communicate directly with candidates who have visited your career page without applying. Say goodbye to high recruitment costs by turning already interested candidates into actual applicants. With our technology, you can reach the right target group with just one click. Jobtip uses proprietary technology to target and retarget qualified individuals through multiple social media platforms. We use those social platforms to start conversations with interested, potential candidates and then invite them to update their profile or apply to a job via text and email. We integrate with your current ATS-system, all you need to do is post your job openings like you already do. The ads will then be published on Social Media, targeting the right candidates – fully automated. Talent Automation segments candidates to profession-specific groups allowing highly relevant campaigns to be created. Each campaign is aligned with relevant media and interested individuals are directed to your ATS to apply. Active and/or passive job seekers - Talent Automation can extend the reach of your ads by including people that have similar online profiles to those in your already profession-specific groups. Through Social Media exposure, you will drive more traffic to your career page and build a powerful talent pool! In other words, Talent Automation is for those interested in optimizing their recruitment process and turning both active and passive job seekers into qualified candidates.
