Taktile Reviews & Product Details

Taktile is great for flexibility. You have the ability to lean on the product and utilise their low-code options, or if you need to produce deeper outputs, you can use full-code nodes. This optionality makes Taktile accessible to a wide range of audiences, from risk analysts to developers. The agentic layer is great and we have used it to save 0.5 FTE on manual tasks that were previously required to be performed by an analyst.

All of this is backed up by a rich UI that allows you to fully trace decisions made for our customers. When we are not able to get something done by ourselves, Taktile support are always on hand with timely help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Taktile offers many native integrations, but I feel like they could be supported more - for example, the Creditsafe integration provides some top-level extraction, but lacks depth. If you are after more specific information, you have to write code to extract what you need. A fuller native integration would save time spent on this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Taktile is very flexible, giving full capability to turn desired strategy into real decision workflows, with the possibility of backtesting, having multiple branches, mix native nodes, external API calls and advanced python logic when and if needed. Taktile doesn't provide a quick "search" function to lookup at past events (like a SQL query or NewRelic/Datadog search style). It is understandable, given the sheer flexibility it provides to make custom connections, but it could be a real improvement to the platform if it was possible. Intuitive UI that offers enough depth to customise the requirements for individual businesses

Implementing Taktile for our business use-case was also very quick given the complexity of our requirement.

They have come out with a case management solution, it is something that I would like to see be a little bit more customizable and something that can fit more lenders that do debt consolidation lending, I think that this is something that they will end up building and doing an amazing job at once it gets priority on their roadmap. What I value most about Taktile is that they are excellent partners and that matters a lot in a long term relation. Honestly, there is nothing I dislike about Taktile—they have been fantastic partners. A few capabilities have not been available yet, but whenever we have raised a request, the team has been highly receptive and proactive in exploring and developing solutions. It would be nice to hear about what features are on their product roadmap, and to get notified of the same. Some features on the platform aren’t very easy to use and require a lot of manual work. It can feel like a waste of time in areas where it seems like a quick fix could be implemented with a simple toggle to eliminate that manual effort, but those issues are still there.
