## Taktile Reviews
  ### 1. Taktile - Easy to use and great to customise!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tommy K. | Senior Product Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 08, 2024

**What do you like best about Taktile?**

Intuitive UI that offers enough depth to customise the requirements for individual businesses

Implementing Taktile for our business use-case was also very quick given the complexity of our requirement.

Taktile Support is extremely Team is extremely quick at getting back to our questions, where their response is also very helpful!

We currently use Taktile for our day-to-day decisioning when it comes to Credit Decisioning for New Customers Onboarding, and also for Re-decisioning our of existing customers

Taktile offers very easy integrations with third parties (i.e. Credit Bureau) which makes it very easy to troubleshoot any issues

**What do you dislike about Taktile?**

Some functionality was not available when we started using them (i.e. Parallel calls to multiple conenctions)

**What problems is Taktile solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Taktile enables us to very quickly iterate our credit policy for a market that is constantly evolving, such that we can ensure we're always lending responsibility and also preventing the business from losses due to bad actors

**Official Response from Stefan Nandzik:**

> Thank you for this review, Tommy. It's great to see that you already started using our platform for a variety of use cases. And for those functionalities that you were missing - or that you might still consider missing - please always keep your customer success manager up to date so they can prioritize those needs for our product roadmap. Ultimately we're building and enhancing this platform driven by the voice of our customers.

  ### 2. Intuitive, Highly Configurable UI for Easy Decision Flows

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matt B. | Solutions Consultant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Taktile?**

Their UI makes configuring your decision flow easy. It's very configurable and something that folks with little to no dev experience can take on

**What do you dislike about Taktile?**

They have come out with a case management solution, it is something that I would like to see be a little bit more customizable and something that can fit more lenders that do debt consolidation lending, I think that this is something that they will end up building and doing an amazing job at once it gets priority on their roadmap.

**What problems is Taktile solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We resell Taktile and work with a variety of lenders and helping them with their decision flows, each lender uses a variety of different products for KYC/ bank account validation etc and Taktile integrates with so many different vendors and are willing to build new connections which makes onboarding customers even easier.

  ### 3. Intuitive Decision Engine with Room for Testing Improvements

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Christopher K. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Taktile?**

I appreciate Taktile for its simplicity of use and easy functionality, which is really great compared to other products on the market. It's incredibly intuitive, allowing newcomers to learn and start building flows quickly. The ability to swiftly change flows based on changing business circumstances is a big plus. I enjoy the AI function because it helps build flows quicker, especially the repetitive parts, and aids in diagnosing areas for improvement in code or structuring nodes, making it the best feature for us. The user interface is really good and offers great visibility for all teams, with the ability to give view access without edit access, which is helpful for business transparency without risking unintended changes.

**What do you dislike about Taktile?**

I think the testing has been a little bit tricky, especially when using UAT data that comes from some of the prebuilt connections. For, in our case, it was Equifax. In order to test these consistently, we always had to publish flows and then run jobs. The problem with publishing a flow and running a job means that you can't then edit that flow and you have to duplicate and create a new version of the flow whenever you wanna make changes. This adds a layer of time and a little bit of complexity as well. If we can somehow improve the testing so that we can continue to run tests within the user interface flow, that would be the best way for us to edit flows quicker. It's also simpler to follow.

**What problems is Taktile solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Taktile for its simplicity, allowing quick flow changes with changing business needs. It's intuitive for new users to learn, and its AI helps build flows faster, enhancing workflow efficiency. The user interface offers visibility across teams, supporting growth as a business.

  ### 4. Transformative Decision Engine with Intuitive UX

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** John R. | Sales Engineer Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Taktile?**

I appreciate Taktile's leading strategy to be at the forefront of the decisioning market. They not only focus on if-then logic-based decisioning but also enhance their tools with AI, staying ahead of the market. This allows Mantl to provide our customers the absolute best software in the market. What Taktile provides is the ability to analyze third-party data sources and transform that into human natural language, allowing bank processors to expeditiously review loans and accounts, resulting in lower cost of operations and more accurate decision criteria evaluation. I also find the user experience and the user interface extremely intuitive and generally pleasing.

**What do you dislike about Taktile?**

N/A

**What problems is Taktile solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Taktile for KYC, KYB, prequalification, and underwriting workflows. It offers a top-tier logic-based underwriting platform, integrates KYC/KYB into a single workflow, automates account origination, and replaces legacy processes, increasing origination and minimizing fraud. It allows customized decision-making and accurate evaluations, reducing operation costs.

  ### 5. GTM Accelerator

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Faran T. | Global Head of Credit (VP), Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Taktile?**

What I like most about Taktile is that it gives Risk and Product real control over the credit strategy without creating engineering bottlenecks. We can design, test, and iterate underwriting flows, pricing logic, and decision policies dynamically while maintaining full transparency and auditability. It enables us to manage the entire decision lifecycle with precision.

**What do you dislike about Taktile?**

While Taktile provides strong flexibility and control over underwriting logic, it can require significant upfront configuration and governance to operate at scale

**What problems is Taktile solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Solves the problem of fragmented, hard-coded credit decisioning by giving us a centralized, configurable orchestration layer for underwriting. Instead of relying on engineering to modify rules or stitch together bureau, fraud, and pricing logic, we can design, test, and deploy decision flows dynamically with full transparency and audit trails. That benefits us by accelerating go-to-market, enabling continuous optimization of risk strategy, and maintaining regulatory defensibility as we scale across markets

  ### 6. Personalised, Transparent Platform You Can Trust

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Emily M. | Head of Ops and Compliance, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Taktile?**

Really personalised service, focused on the customer needs. Love the configurability and transparency of the platform too.

**What do you dislike about Taktile?**

Still not the prettiest from a UX perspective but we have been working together with the team to help develop the case manager, which is improving at very fast pace. And we can deal with something that doesn't look amazing if we can trust the logic, which we can.

**What problems is Taktile solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automated KYB and smoother onboarding. Eventually we will be able to get a single view of customer risk from both a compliance and credit perspective. We also have the ability to make changes to the decision model or the underlying data really easily, which means we are in control and can show we understand things are configured, which is really important from a regulatory perspective.

  ### 7. Full Control Over Credit Decisioning with Fast, Traceable Iteration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kevin G. | Director of Credit, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Taktile?**

Taktile gives our risk team full control over credit decisioning. We've integrated credit bureau data, tax authority information, and automated document parsing through the AI Node, all configured directly by the risk team, who understand the business logic best.

The impact on iteration speed has been massive. We can adjust our credit policies, backtest changes, and deploy updates in days. The platform is intuitive, the decision flows are fully traceable, and the support team is outstanding!

**What do you dislike about Taktile?**

We don't have any negative feedback at this point. The platform delivers on what it promises, and the team behind it has been a true partner throughout our journey.

**What problems is Taktile solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Taktile has dramatically reduced our decision times and accelerated how quickly we can refine our credit policies based on portfolio performance. The platform gives us the agility we need to keep improving.

  ### 8. Flexible risk engine, backed by a great support and engineering team.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 19, 2024

**What do you like best about Taktile?**

An easy to use platform, that enables Risk teams to make fast decisions, based on a vast array of data sources between KYB, Fraud and more.

Spectacular solutions engineering and integrations teams, who made the process of implementation and flows setup painfree and they have always been very responsive and proactive in solving any problems we have encountered.

**What do you dislike about Taktile?**

Currently there are limited functionalities, but the team is open to develop the needed solutions for you, including custom integrations. Since we've been with Taktile for more than one year now, the functionality has increased a lot.

**What problems is Taktile solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It gives our risk team an ability to build and modify risk workflows when needed, without a need for tech team involvement. This enables the risk team to roll out any modifications based on risk policy faster and allows us to allocate our in-house tech resources more efficiently.

Wide range of providers to integrate with allowed us to strengthen our KYB proccess with new types of data that we didn't have access to prior.

Ability to set up and modify rules and all the logics allowed us to reduce the number of manual reviews.

**Official Response from Liz Gorson:**

> Thank you for sharing this detailed review! It’s rewarding to hear that your team is seeing such clear impact with our risk decisioning platform. You mentioned strengthening your KYB process through access to new data sources, reducing the number of manual reviews, and optimizing risk workflows without relying on tech teams. Our aim is to empower risk teams to make fast, data-driven decisions, and it’s great to see that coming to life in your day-to-day operations. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to us if you have any additional observations to share!

  ### 9. Wonderful Decision Tracking with Easy Access to Historical Snapshots

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Taktile?**

The decision tracking is wonderful, it's also great to have the snapshots of everything which is accessible at any point in our company history using the platform.

**What do you dislike about Taktile?**

The only downside I've found to using the platform is the inaccessibility to all the variables in a flow from a centralized point, there's no way for me to identify the nodes where I've used a variable without navigating them one at a time or simply running the strategy of testing the flow and seeing where it crashes. This has led us to sometimes simply removing a variable where we don't need it and leave the rest as is to meet deadlines or apply hotfixes.

**What problems is Taktile solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Taktile has helped us improve the internal processes in our customer underwriting department by enabling us to combine multiple technologies and APIs to support our product decisioning. It has also enhanced the visibility that non-technical users have into these complex workflows, basically leveling the playing field for decision-making for the whole team. It stands tall on the value it brings to the company.

  ### 10. Revolutionized Risk Automation and Workflow Management

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Phil C.

**Reviewed Date:** January 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Taktile?**

I really like that Taktile is forward-thinking with its use of AI. We've pushed the boundary of what's possible within our systems using AI to help with queries, formats, and best-case recommendations. Their support and team have been phenomenal, definitely one of the best partners to work with, and incredibly receptive to our feedback. Especially in innovative spaces, they're very helpful when it comes to setting up our own configurations. Even when we risk going in the wrong direction, they guide us to get the outputs we want. Taktile shines in ease of use and offers deep customization where needed, with incredible setup and support.

**What do you dislike about Taktile?**

I definitely would like Taktile to take on more workload in case management. Each run sometimes requires multiple runs or some human intervention. Right now, we handle case management outside of Taktile, but decisions are made in Taktile. Pairing those two systems together would benefit everyone.

**What problems is Taktile solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Taktile to connect our disparate tools for risk automation and underwriting workflows, enabling a unified system for data workflow understanding and auto approvals, providing robust and trustworthy outputs.

  ### 11. Intuitive Prototyping That Speeds Up Partner Integrations

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joan V. | Senior Software Engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Taktile?**

Intuitive tool to quickly prototype and speed up integration with external partners. It really speed up our implementation with external bureaus.
Customer support is excelent, they are always really helpful and quick to answer questions/issues.

**What do you dislike about Taktile?**

Flows can grow really big and it's hard to maintain them without being able to modularize and split them more than one level.

**What problems is Taktile solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Integrating with external partners has been a pain in the ass for our team, since we used Taktile. With Taktile we can standardize the input/output and can integrate with our external partners with much more ease taking advantage of their already implemented connectors.

  ### 12. Excellent credit engine

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Theodoro P. | Director of Financial Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Taktile?**

Taktile's customer service is excellent. They are extremely responsive via the Slack channel, which greatly facilitates communication.

**What do you dislike about Taktile?**

The only detail is that, due to a characteristic of our operation, we run in batches and jobs. In some cases, the decision history is limited to 10k records, but this is small compared to the entire capacity of the platform.

**What problems is Taktile solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There are several fronts, but the main one is the credit engine. In just one place, I can have the integrations super facilitated.

  ### 13. Highly Recommend for Seamless KYB, KYC Flows

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dana S.

**Reviewed Date:** January 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Taktile?**

I like how Taktile makes it easy to set up integrations with third-party tools like Baselayer and Socure, which manage KYB and KYC processes effectively. The platform allows logic to be created with minimal engineering effort, and it's easy to update, monitor, and manage a manual review queue. Working with the Taktile team is great as they are very knowledgeable and responsive. I find the platform intuitive and, although I might struggle with setup myself, their team makes even complex flows fairly easy. Additionally, I appreciate that integrations with tools like Slack are seamless.

**What do you dislike about Taktile?**

na

**What problems is Taktile solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Taktile for KYB, KYC, and AML monitoring. It allows easy logic creation with minimal engineering, and it's simple to update, monitor, and manage a manual review queue.

  ### 14. Intuitive, easy to learn, and convincing despite complex decision flows

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Taktile?**

Despite the sometimes high complexity of the decision flows, we have never experienced a platform that is so intuitive to use and at the same time so easy to learn.

**What do you dislike about Taktile?**

So far, we have not been able to identify any disadvantages – at most, one might occasionally expect a more complicated solution path. In the end, however, this proves to be positive.

**What problems is Taktile solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Taktile can be used for any scenario where a decision is needed – whether it's about the next best step in a process or a real-time credit decision.

  ### 15. One of the best, if not the best decision-making platforms

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nour E. | Compliance Officer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 27, 2025

**What do you like best about Taktile?**

I appreciate its flexibility, efficiency, and the intuitive, user-friendly interface it offers. Customer Support is great, but a bit slow. But all in all, it is great and use it 24/7.

**What do you dislike about Taktile?**

Certain features stand out, such as group editing and a more focused AI that delivers instant answers on how to do things. Additionally, advanced text searching covers the interflow and automation of creating data sets, as well as the integration of Python code development. There’s also the integration of a tool that provides functionality within the same rule.

**What problems is Taktile solving and how is that benefiting you?**

At WorkFlex, as one of the unique users, we rely on Taktile to integrate complex legal logic into our processes. This allows us to assess a variety of cases and deliver risk assessments that are grounded in specific details and thorough legal expertise.

  ### 16. Effortless Integration and Great Support with Taktile

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 17, 2025

**What do you like best about Taktile?**

Taktile hits the sweet spot between power and practicality. It gives us the flexibility of a custom-built decision engine without the months of engineering work. Implementation was surprisingly painless — the platform is well-structured, and we were able to get our first flows running far faster than expected.

What I appreciate most is how easy it is to iterate. The UI makes complex logic feel simple, versioning is clean, and pushing changes to production is refreshingly quick. We’re using the platform constantly, and the more we build, the more natural it becomes to integrate Taktile into the rest of our systems.

Their customer support deserves a mention too: fast, knowledgeable, and actually helpful — not the classic “copy-paste support” many SaaS tools fall into. Whenever we’ve hit questions or edge cases, the team has been right there with solid answers.

**What do you dislike about Taktile?**

There honestly isn’t much to complain about. The core platform is strong. If anything, some of the pricing around the AI-powered features feels a bit steep, especially when you're experimenting or scaling usage. It’s not a dealbreaker, but it does make you think twice before leaning fully into those add-ons.

**What problems is Taktile solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Taktile lets us move fast without sacrificing control. We’re able to build, test, and deploy credit-decision logic without waiting on long development cycles or digging through brittle custom code. That means we can adapt our underwriting rules quickly as we learn more about our customers and markets.

The platform also centralizes everything we need — data inputs, decision flows, versioning, monitoring — in one place. Instead of juggling spreadsheets, scripts, and internal tools, we’ve got a single source of truth that’s transparent for both business and tech teams.

The real benefit is speed and confidence. We can experiment safely, understand the impact of each change, and push updates to production with far less risk. It keeps our decisioning nimble and helps us deliver a smoother experience to our customers.

  ### 17. Visual and Easy, but Autosave Needs Improvement

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Àlex B.

**Reviewed Date:** January 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Taktile?**

I appreciate Taktile's simplicity and duplicity because it's all outside our services, making it easier to control changes without relying on a deploy on our side. I like that everything is so visual, which makes it easy to find what I'm looking for.

**What do you dislike about Taktile?**

I don't like the autosave option as if someone else is working on the same version as you, you might have problems.

**What problems is Taktile solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Taktile for communication and information extraction with bureaus. It offers simplicity by managing things outside our services, making it easier to control changes without deploying on our side. The visual nature of Taktile makes it easy to find what I'm looking for.

  ### 18. Highly Configurable and Intuitive, Though Slows with Larger Datasets

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 25, 2026

**What do you like best about Taktile?**

This application stands out for being highly configurable, allowing users to tailor it to their needs without feeling overwhelmed. Despite its depth it remains intuitive and its AI copilot helps a lot to make it easier to grasp as a new user. Its knowledge base documentation is clear, well organised and genuinely helpful.

**What do you dislike about Taktile?**

When testing larger datasets it can be slow to respond at times and can sometimes require you to refresh your web browser.

**What problems is Taktile solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is providing a decision and underwriting solution benefitting our product offering.

  ### 19. Solid Workflow Tool with Some Limitations

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 04, 2025

**What do you like best about Taktile?**

The platform makes it straightforward for our business teams to set up their own rules, giving them greater independence. After a workflow goes into production, we've noticed that it significantly speeds up the process of making changes.

**What do you dislike about Taktile?**

We have encountered some limitations with Taktile, particularly regarding its capacity to handle parallel flows within a single workflow for an entity. Additionally, the batch process has not been very smooth for us. We have run into restrictions with records, which has forced us to adjust our original implementation plans.

**What problems is Taktile solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Taktile addresses the challenge of businesses relying heavily on tech teams to make policy changes. By adopting Taktile, we empower business users to take control and make decisions independently. This shift not only grants them greater autonomy but also allows our tech team to dedicate their efforts to more valuable and impactful projects.

  ### 20. Outstanding implementation experience!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nanette W. | Head of Data, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Taktile?**

Taktile as a platform is easy to use and configure and is a very flexible decision engine that can be tailored to any user's needs, but the shining stars at Taktile are the people. My implementation team was one of the best I've worked with in my very long career. Serena and Jose are knowledgeable, helpful, and faced every wrinkle in the process with a "we can solve this" attitude. Jose established integrations for us that I didn't realize were even a possibility, giving us an even better ROI. We have an unconventional use case and unfortunately some overpromising from another vendor that was going to have substantial business impact for us. Serena and Jose came to our next call with multiple options of how Taktile could help step in and fill the gaps. Every solution they brought to the table throughout the implementation was well thought out, implemented and tested quickly. As we have navigated the expected hiccups of using a new product they have been quick to respond and keep us moving along. I would recommend Taktile a million times over, they are proof that creating a good product and having the best people to support it are a winning combination.

**What do you dislike about Taktile?**

I don't have a single complaint about Taktile.

**What problems is Taktile solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Taktile is performing pre-qualification and final loan decisioning for construction lending. In addition, multiple integrations are pulling additional data that our underwriters need as well as performing checks against various loan characteristics to help us identify which funding sources the loan qualifies for. The combination of all this has significantly reduced the time needed to process a loan.

  ### 21. Taktile makes integration and decisioning like an outsourced arm of your risk team

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joe S. | CRO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**What do you like best about Taktile?**

Taktile offers a solid risk decisioning platform with the technology integration know how and white glove service required to allow risk managers to absorb their time back and focus on what really matters to them… Running a business. In my past life, I spent countless hours and months thinking about the nitty-gritty and technical details of our decision engine… That is not the case today, and I can can thank Taktile for this.

**What do you dislike about Taktile?**

Taktile can provide more analytics front and center and customizable metrics such that we could be absolutely certain our in house records match the source of truth

**What problems is Taktile solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Taktile takes away the problem of technical debt in burden in building a decision engine for your custom specialty finance product

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 07, 2025

**What do you like best about Taktile?**

From Day 1, the emphasis is on the non-engineering user's ability to create workflows independently. They provide a workspace and guide the user to create their own workflows. Implementation is easy and the platform allows test and learn. API based integration makes it possible to add multiple services to our flow. The solution engineers are highly knowledgeable and quick to bring on additional help if needed. The platform itself is robust and meets the highest infosec requirements.

**What do you dislike about Taktile?**

The copilot occasionally does not do a satisfactory job of creating a workable response. Sometimes it slow, and sometimes it does not give an output after spinning for a time.

**What problems is Taktile solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automating the end-to-end underwriting flow. Ability to do that without much engineering help. Ability to backtest before placing in production.

-Products are released early and quickly iterated on for improvements

**What do you dislike about Taktile?**

Nothing negative to say! Looking forward to seeing the new features that will be released

**What problems is Taktile solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automating our credit decisioning, reducing the need for manual assessment

  ### 27. Developed loan decision flows in Taktile

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mathias L. | Model Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 05, 2025

**What do you like best about Taktile?**

1. The platform is intuitive. All workflows are visible and easily trackable, making it simple for different managers to understand, change and oversee operations.
2. Over the past eight months, during which we've processed hundreds of thousands of requests, it has remained stable and error-free.
3. Debugging is straightforward, and any issues are easy to identify and resolve.
4. Additionally, the system allows for rapid deployment of code changes. For example, if a faulty code release occurs, it only takes a few seconds to revert to a previous version.

**What do you dislike about Taktile?**

The process of inspecting changes between the current and previous flow versions could be improved to make it more visually clear and easier to understand

**What problems is Taktile solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps make it easier for non-technical users to understand and modify credit decision logic.

  ### 28. User-friendly and flexible tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Linda E. | Credit Risk Officer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 29, 2025

**What do you like best about Taktile?**

I have worked with Taktile for over a year now. We have worked together to automatize credit decisions using different data sources. Taktile is extremely flexible, fast and reliable partner. They accommodate ideas to be included in their roadmap, they always suggest and find the optimal solutions.

As the tool is easy to use, it can be used by different departments in the company independently.

**What do you dislike about Taktile?**

Only improvement idea I have is to allow for different instances for departments, this helps to separate workflows and manage access rights between different teams using the tool.

**What problems is Taktile solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Credit decision automatization.

  ### 29. A versatile platform that bridges strategy to live credit‑decision rules

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Argelia N. | Underwriting Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 08, 2025

**What do you like best about Taktile?**

We shifted from static, hard‑coded decision logic to a platform where I can build, test, and push new rules the same afternoon. The visual editor is straightforward, A/B testing comes baked in, and—worth a shout‑out—Moritz has been fantastic throughout the integration. He walked us through the finer points of the tool and jumped in whenever we got stuck, which made the rollout feel a lot less daunting.

**What do you dislike about Taktile?**

The learning curve can be a bit steep if you don’t have at least a medium level of Python experience. Copilot is really helpful when it’s available—especially for validating logic in more complex nodes—but it doesn’t show up everywhere. When that happens, it’s harder to troubleshoot.

**What problems is Taktile solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Taktile is helping us automate and streamline our underwriting decision-making. Before, our logic was hard-coded and slow to adapt—every change required engineering time. Now, we can build and iterate on rules ourselves, run A/B tests, and deploy improvements in hours instead of weeks. This flexibility has been key as we scale and refine our risk strategy.

**Official Response from Liz Gorson:**

> Thank you, Argelia for this thorough review! It’s great to see that, in your words, you can “build, test, and push new rules the same afternoon.” This type of agility and flexibility in credit decisioning is exactly what we’re looking to provide our customers — so glad you’re finding this valuable as you scale your risk strategy. Also, thank you for sharing the value you’re seeing from the Copilot — we appreciate your feedback and will pass to our product team!

  ### 30. Taktile is exactly what we needed for our risk decision engine

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tobias C. | Head of Risk, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 03, 2024

**What do you like best about Taktile?**

Ease of implementation, useful data integrations, low to no coding experience needed, excellent service, and ability to adjust risk decisioning in real-time with minimal engineering hours needed. Added Taktile copilot to assist with errors in flow development.

**What do you dislike about Taktile?**

Analytics and additional data integrations

**What problems is Taktile solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Taktile helps us automatically decision personal loan approvals in real-time using KYC/CIP, credit, payroll, and open banking data integrations.

**Official Response from Stefan Nandzik:**

> Thank you, Tobias, for this review! It's great to see that our ease of use enables you to really support you in being agile in iterating your risk decisioning. And on the additional data integrations, please keep your customer success manager in the loop which one specifically you'd like to see us add, just to make sure these get prioritized on the product roadmap.

  ### 31. Wide Range of Integrations with Attentive, Helpful Support

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Taktile?**

I really appreciate the wide range of integrations, and the support team has been attentive and helpful whenever I’ve needed assistance.

**What do you dislike about Taktile?**

Sometimes it feels a bit overcomplicated, which makes it easy to accidentally make mistakes.

**What problems is Taktile solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has helped us reduce costs, speed up client onboarding, and centralise our decision-making.

  ### 32. Intuitive Platform that Requires Little Technical Apptitude

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Compliance Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 25, 2025

**What do you like best about Taktile?**

Taktile is fairly intuitive to use and the AI feature really helps on errors when you are stuck. The integration with our CRM (Salesforce) has been straightforward and has not required a lot of development on our side.
My team uses this product daily, errors are easy to understand and remedy.

**What do you dislike about Taktile?**

Some aspects require coding which makes it not entirely self serve for non technical people.

**What problems is Taktile solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using Taktile for assigning Risk and AML scores to customers

  ### 33. a modern risk decisioning platform

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 20, 2025

**What do you like best about Taktile?**

The platform enables rapid iteration of credit decisions while maintaining strong governance and compliance. Standout features include the Code Node—so you can wrangle complex data and build custom functions—and built-in champion/challenger with back-testing to trial changes on a small slice of traffic before full rollout.
The sleek UI and plug-and-play integrations with key data sources are bonus points.

**What do you dislike about Taktile?**

While the platform is robust, we observed gaps in post-decision data accessibility. In particular, retrieving the original third-party API responses (e.g., bureau payload) at a later date for audits can be difficult. This adds friction to reconciliation and root-cause analysis

**What problems is Taktile solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A/B testing

  ### 34. It is an easy-to-use tool and meets our company's objectives. Very flexible!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Abel C. | Senior Risk Analyst, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 12, 2025

**What do you like best about Taktile?**

We like that it has several options and the user experience is well done, even implementing Python nodes.

**What do you dislike about Taktile?**

Everything is fine, we would just add a way to download historical decisions or export them for analysis.

**What problems is Taktile solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have implemented the internal scoring system and the tests have been easy to perform.

  ### 35. Excellent Decision Engine Partner

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Banking | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 26, 2025

**What do you like best about Taktile?**

They have an industry best platform and a team of experts to work alongside you. They work quickly to bring on new integrations expanding the platform capabilities.

**What do you dislike about Taktile?**

The platform is so flexible it can be hard to know where to get started without guidance from the Taktile team.

**What problems is Taktile solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They are providing an automated underwriting and decisioning platform to help streamline reviews and allowing clients to have unique workflows and configurations. The flexibility allows us to meet clients where they are in their automation journey and work to increase the level of automated decisioning over time. The ability to test out workflow changes based on recent data is a game changer.

  ### 36. Very quick and easy to implement and scale.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 20, 2025

**What do you like best about Taktile?**

Extremely flexible solution and easy to configure. Initial implementation goes quickly with assistance of Taktile engineers to get you started.

**What do you dislike about Taktile?**

So far no issues with our experience. Taktile is very easy to work with

**What problems is Taktile solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Needed to replace hard coded rules in our core systems with a more flexible solution that allowed easy implementation, champion challenger and robust testing capabilities.

  ### 37. Taktile for Risk mitigation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Miguel M. | Head of Fine Crime, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 25, 2025

**What do you like best about Taktile?**

What I appreciate most about Taktile is its ability to seamlessly integrate with virtually any data source with minimal effort. You don't need to be a seasoned engineer or expert coder to build workflows that enhance process efficiency. Taktile empowers teams to increase automation and leverage its robust logic engine to drive smarter, more streamlined decision-making.

**What do you dislike about Taktile?**

case manager?review feature is not quite there yet :)

**What problems is Taktile solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Taktile solves the challenge of fragmented data and complex decision-making by allowing me to gather information from multiple data sources and consolidate it into a unified risk profile. Its flexible logic engine enables me to build custom decision flows based on the data we collect, significantly improving the efficiency and accuracy of our risk evaluation process.

**Official Response from Liz Gorson:**

> Thank you for this great review, Miguel, and for being a customer! It’s awesome to see that with Taktile, you’ve been able to integrate with virtually any data source with minimal effort. The ability to quickly deploy integrations without being, as you put it, “a seasoned engineer or expert coder,” is one of the core goals of our platform.

Thank you for sharing regarding case management. We always keep the voices of our customers in mind as we evaluate platform enhancements, and our team is working toward evolving this further. We’ll definitely explore with you and your team!

  ### 38. Amazing Product With A Team to Back It

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 24, 2025

**What do you like best about Taktile?**

The product has the right blend of flexibility for multiple use cases and opinionated implementation styles for a developer and non-technical person to collaborate on the workflows. It's clear that the product is built with both Personas in mind, which makes it both straightforward to use and powerful too.

In addition, the onboarding team was very patient, flexible, and knowledgeable about their product. They listened to our business needs and helped share parts of the product that could be used to accomplish objectives, as well as provide a lot of support when we were still going through initial growing pains.

**What do you dislike about Taktile?**

Nothing in particular comes to mind. There are features that are still in development that we're looking forward to getting our hands on soon.

**What problems is Taktile solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- Automated decision making for multiple processes in the business.
- Ability to pull information from multiple sources to decide the final output.

**Official Response from Liz Gorson:**

> Thank you so much for sharing your perspective. I’m glad to hear that you’re enjoying the product so far, and that you feel it’s easy to collaborate between technical and non-technical users. Also, appreciate your kind words about your onboarding experience. Our team is committed to delivering the best possible experience for our customers, so it’s great to hear the team’s guidance was helpful for you. If anything else comes to mind, whether ideas or observations, don’t hesitate to loop in your customer success manager so we can explore solutions together.

  ### 39. Excellent Team, Great Service

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Abodunde O. | Data Scientist (Decision Science), Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 24, 2024

**What do you like best about Taktile?**

Taktile has made the onboarding and launch of our product incredibly smooth. The adaptable, low-code platform combined with the excellent support from the customer success team allowed us to implement and test our credit policies well before each deadline. The frequent release of new features has directly enhanced the efficiency of our internal teams. I highly recommend partnering with them!

**What do you dislike about Taktile?**

Nothing in particular. The platform itself is easy to use and the support team is always on there to answer any questions or provide all sorts of necessary assistance. Perhaps they could allow more libraries in their code node.

**What problems is Taktile solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Taktile is a decision engine that helps to simplify the process flow underpinning credit decisions. As a decision scientist, this means that they allow (in a low/no code environment) the easy implementation of technical requirements that would have otherwise been part of the bank's core systems. This is particularly useful as it means that my team and I can stay abreast of the ever changing dynamics in the lending market. New information leading to changes ca be easily implemented with any fear of service disruptions. Finally, tThere is more control over the underwriting process and helps ensure that our processes stay up to date with industry dynamics as new learning and information could easily be implemented without serious changes to source systems.

**Official Response from Liz Gorson:**

> Thank you, Abodunde, for this thoughtful review! I loved reading how you and your team, in your own words, can “stay abreast of the ever-changing dynamics in the lending market” and how there is more control over the underwriting process. One of the core values of our credit decisioning engine is to make it easier for you to easily and quickly implement and test credit policies. Please feel free to reach out to your customer success manager if you have any ideas or observations — we truly value your perspective!

  ### 40. Great experience.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sidharth S. | Head of Credit, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 19, 2025

**What do you like best about Taktile?**

The Taktile platform is very powerful and modular making it possible for us to create complex risk approval logic.

**What do you dislike about Taktile?**

There is nothing in particular, which I do not like about Taktile.

**What problems is Taktile solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can replicate my entire factoring policy in the web of risk decisioning logic. The most important bit is the auditability of each and every decision happened.

**Official Response from Liz Gorson:**

> Thank you, Sid for your kind words! It’s great to hear your appreciation of how modular and flexible our decisioning engine is — it’s one of the main tenets of our platform. Also, you mentioned the “auditability of each and every decision.” Explainability of decisions is incredibly important to our customers, and we’ve incorporated this expectation into the core of our platform — so glad this is resonating with you. If you have any questions or additional observations to share, please don't hesitate to reach out to our team!

  ### 41. Fantastic backbone for building next gen lending

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Grant S. | General Manager - Strategic Initiatives, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 26, 2024

**What do you like best about Taktile?**

We evaluated 10+ decision platforms before selecting Tatktile. This included both well established and next generation products. Here are a few of the reasons that we chose Taktile and have been extremely satisifed with our choice:

1.) Intuitive for business users without compromsing on capability. For us a major focus is enabling pro business users who need to translate sophisticated domain knowledge into decision rules but don't, for example, know python. Taktile strikes the right balance here in terms of intuitive design plus deep functionality.

2.) Flexbility to innovate. We haven't yet run into a use case which we couldn't figure out how to achieve with Taktile. For example, many of our use cases aren't the classic input in / decision out pattern but rather dynamically adjust a borrower's experience as more information is collected about the borrower. Taktile has provided a much needed level of flexibility to tackle these kinds of use cases.

3.) Great to work with. Taktile stands out in terms of how they engage and support customers. This includes expertise on solution patterns for use cases, responsiveness on product requests and a general philosophy of partnership.

**What do you dislike about Taktile?**

We don't have any significant dislikes about Taktile.

**What problems is Taktile solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using Taktile as an orchestration and rules engine to automate consumer lending.

**Official Response from Stefan Nandzik:**

> Thank you, Grant, for this thorough summary of your selection process for a decision engine - and it's great to hear that we're stacking up well as we're trying our best to push the boundaries of what the next generation of decision engines will look like.

  ### 42. Intuitive, reliable and non-technical friendly

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Daniel M. | Cloud engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 08, 2025

**What do you like best about Taktile?**

Integration was smooth, and its intuitive UI has allowed us to iterate quickly on our credit decision strategies. One of Taktile’s greatest strengths is that it empowers non-technical team members to adjust and refine the decision flows without needing engineering support. Their support team has also been very responsive and helpful whenever questions came up.

**What do you dislike about Taktile?**

It’s nothing critical, but it would be nice to have an option to enable and disable nodes.

**What problems is Taktile solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Credit decision

**Official Response from Liz Gorson:**

> Thank you, Daniel, for your review! It’s exciting to see that you’ve been able to iterate quickly on your credit decision strategies. Empowering non-technical teams to quickly test and refine logic is at the core of our credit decisioning engine, so it’s great to hear that this has been your experience. Thank you for sharing your thoughts on enabling/disabling nodes — we always take our customers’ feedback into account when evolving the platform, and I’ve passed this on to the product team!

  ### 43. Modern, Developer-Friendly Product for Credit Underwriting

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 25, 2025

**What do you like best about Taktile?**

Taktile did most of the heavy lifting for 3rd party connections, enabling my team to focus on business logic. The routing policy feature allowed no-code traffic adjustments for A/B testing. The UI was quite modern the product had consistent, noticeable product improvements.

**What do you dislike about Taktile?**

Not too many downsides for Taktile. We tended to not use them if most of our data was internal, but they really helped with external integrations.

**What problems is Taktile solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Taktile allowed low-code/no-code adjustments to complex credit underwriting logic.

**Official Response from Liz Gorson:**

> Thank you so much for sharing your perspective. As you put it, our credit decisioning engine allows "low-code/no-code adjustments to complex credit underwriting logic.” One of the key aspects of our platform is to enable rapid iteration of decision logic — and it’s great to hear you’re experiencing this value. Also, I loved hearing how your team could focus on what’s most important — the logic — while Taktile did the heavy lifting for 3rd party integrations. If you have any additional observations that would improve your experience, our team would love to hear from you!

  ### 44. "Seamless Integration Backed by an Exceptional Support Team"

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Oluwaseyifunmi N. | Portfolio Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 15, 2024

**What do you like best about Taktile?**

The seamless integration and user-friendly interface make it easy for anyone, even those without coding or technical skills, to navigate. The support team is highly responsive and ensures that all inquiries are handled efficiently.

The ability to incorporate various third-party applications into Taktile is a great business strategy. Personally, I’m impressed by the multi-dimensional approach to integrating processes within the decisioning flow The fact that various nodes can be used to achieve a decision strategy depending on what one prefers is quite exciting to navigate.

**What do you dislike about Taktile?**

Currently, i do not have one, taktile is quite an interesting tool to use

**What problems is Taktile solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Simplifying decisioning process for lending.

It has helped reduce the time it takes to approve loan applications with decisionong taking minutes instead of hours or days.

**Official Response from Liz Gorson:**

> Thank you for this thoughtful review, Oluwaseyifunmi, and for being a customer! I loved hearing, in your words, that our decisioning engine is “easy for anyone, even those without coding or technical skills, to navigate.” You also mentioned experiencing reduced time to approve loan applications — taking “minutes instead of hours or days.” I’m so glad you’re seeing these results — what a great example of the impact you’re driving with our risk decisioning platform!

  ### 45. Versatile decision design platform that allows you to act fast

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ilia E. | Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 24, 2024

**What do you like best about Taktile?**

Taktile allows our company to build a variety of risk, compliance and many other decisions in a way that is understandable for both technical and business users.
It enables teams to collaborate on visually comprehensible logic and make immediate amendments. Taktile's decision history provides analytics for continuous data-driven improvement.
The ease of testing and the release process enables faster iterations and releases, while traffic management allows us to gradually transition between different flow versions or test new hypotheses.
Taktile is easy to integrate and start building, all the necessary nodes are in place and more are constantly coming as Taktile continues developing based on customers' feedback. Taktile always values any feedback given and the level of Customer Support is very high as it feels that customer's success is very important for Taktile!

**What do you dislike about Taktile?**

Taktile is a low-code solution and trying to implement extremely complex logic in Taktile is possible, but it might be underutilising the core values that the platform brings to users which are visibility, transparency and easy iterations.

**What problems is Taktile solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easy implementation of decisioning methodologies in an accessible form.

**Official Response from Stefan Nandzik:**

> Thank you Ilia for this review! I loved reading how your company is implementing the concept of fast, data-driven iteration of risk decisions to enable outperforming the status quo. You mentioned a variety of features that we consider mission critical for this next-gen typ of a risk decision platform. And please always keep your customer success manager in the loop on specific ideas how to further enhance the end to end experience and maximize the value the platform delivers.

  ### 46. An unmatched platform with a stellar team to go with it

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joe S. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 17, 2024

**What do you like best about Taktile?**

1) Platform: the Taktile platform has blown us away in terms of depth of functionality, ease of use, ease of integration, and reliability. After vetting many decisioning solutions (in-house and external), we knew that we could 10x our rate of credit model development and minimize our reliance on precious engineering resources with Taktile as we iterate and deploy. Taktile has met all of our needs and more, and our credit team is now deploying new models consistently with confidence.

2) People: during a sales process, it's difficult to know whether you're getting special treatment to get to contract signatures, or if the company really takes customer support and engagement seriously. With Taktile, now many months after go-live, we're still receiving incredible support from the entire team and couldn't be happier. Our dedicated team is responsive, knowledgeable, and truly feels like an extension of our team internally. They "walk the walk" when it comes to the level of customer success.

3) Innovation: Taktile is at the cutting edge of decisioning automation. After meeting with the team many times over a number of quarters, we were convinced that the company is built differently. They listen to their customers, they set expectations clearly, they build and test carefully, and they deliver. Between the time of our first interaction and contract signature, the Taktile team had already built and deployed several useful features that we could use right out of the box at the time of implementation. The pace of innovation on the platform has kept up since we launched, and we're now considering many different potential use cases for using Taktile to improve our business decisioning.

We're thrilled about our partnership with Taktile, and we look forward to many years of mutual success.

**What do you dislike about Taktile?**

As of now, nothing to note. I am not a daily power user, so my colleagues may have small nit-picks .

**What problems is Taktile solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Taktile has enabled us to:
1) build and maintain our underwriting logic without engineering intervention
2) avoid building costly in-house decision engine solutions
3) automate our application decisioning for the first time
4) shorten application turnaround time

This has benefitted by allowing us to deploy more complex credit models with ease (enabling improved customer selection), freeing up engineering resources for other critical projects, and improving our customer experience and operational efficiency with automation.

**Official Response from Stefan Nandzik:**

> Thank you Joe for this great review! I loved hearing that you experienced not just a great sales process but the equivalent onboarding and ongoing support. And, in your words, being an "extension of your team" is exactly what we're aiming for. We believe the decision platform space is ripe for the next generation of solutions that push the boundaries of what's possible. If you have specific ideas or observations, please always keep your customer success manager in the loop. The only way to get there is by working hand in hand with our customers to co-develop what it takes to rethink and go beyond status quo.

  ### 47. My experience building a lending flow in taktile

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ikenna U. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 07, 2024

**What do you like best about Taktile?**

contains alot of features , the interface is quite intuitive and easy to use , intergration of third party connections is pretty straight forward as well. user support from the taktile team was top notch, they were present every step of the way providing guidance on best practices and answersing questions and concerns about the platorm

**What do you dislike about Taktile?**

testing is a bit cumbersome , as u have to test the flow end to end, even when all you want to test is a connection or just a piece of logic. at the end of an applicaiton , you can not tell if it was declined or approved based on the decision history , also the decisionid is not part of the response returned by an application in taktile

**What problems is Taktile solving and how is that benefiting you?**

easy to follow and implement decision rules for our organisation. a simple interface that encourages collaboration of different team members. easy integration of third party connections and ability to create flexible decision logic. time to production of new rules have been greatly reduced as the application is very user friendly. also in terms analytics taktile has a UI that gives an overview of all the decisions made daily on the platform and status of the decision , successful or error. you can easly track the decision success rate of applications. we use taktile mainly for our lending products, approving loans and declining loan applications of undesired customers, taktile helps with quick response time to customers applying for loans.

**Official Response from Stefan Nandzik:**

> Thank you Ikenna, both for your review and being a customer. It's great to see you highlighting the collaboration features we've built with the intent to really empower the subject matter experts to use the system and iterate on their ideas quickly - all based on analytics & data and without the need for dev resources.

I forwarded your feedback on testing to our product team as there are quite some features scheduled on our roadmap in the short term to further enhance this area of our platform. Please also make sure to always loop in your customer success manager with any enhancement ideas to ensure they can represent your voice during our product feature prioritization sessions.

  ### 48. Simplifies building credit decisioning engines, enabling faster and more accurate underwriting.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 06, 2024

**What do you like best about Taktile?**

We used Taktile as the credit decisioning engine, easy integration with other platforms and very flexible in creating and updating codes with minimal touchpoints. Taktile significantly speeds up and improves the underwriting process and accuracy. The best part about Taktile is the exceptional support from the team, particularly Jan and Moritz. They provided quick responses and helped build the credit decisioning flows in a short time to meet our deadlines. Their ongoing support makes the entire experience with Taktile seamless.

**What do you dislike about Taktile?**

While there are a few areas where minor improvements could be made, overall, we are very satisfied with Taktile.

**What problems is Taktile solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ability to build underwriting flows with simple coding, monitor portfolio performance, and improve accuracy and speed of underwriting through integration with other data platforms.

**Official Response from Stefan Nandzik:**

> Thank you for this review! I loved the shoutout of members of our customer success team - I'll make sure to let them know that their services are so highly appreciated!

  ### 49. Taktile: The Ideal Decision Engine for Non-Technical Users

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**What do you like best about Taktile?**

With my minimal technical background, I’ve found Taktile to be the most user-friendly decision engine compared to other providers I’ve tried. The flow overviews provide a clear picture of where the rules are within the process.
Their support has been exceptional, going beyond contractual limitations. The pace of delivery has been ideal for our small team, and Taktile has been both patient and highly supportive throughout.

**What do you dislike about Taktile?**

I haven't faced any unsolvable issues, and I'm extremely satisfied with Taktile.

**What problems is Taktile solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Enhancing the time it takes to review credit applications will enable us to scale the business while keeping the cost per application low.

**Official Response from Liz Gorson:**

> What a wonderful review! Thanks so much for sharing. It’s exciting to hear that, in your words, Taktile is “the most-user friendly decision engine.” Empowering non-technical users to build, test, and make changes to your credit strategy is integral to what we do, so it’s rewarding to see this reflected in your experience. Also, you mentioned our credit decisioning engine is helping you scale while keeping costs low — thrilled to see such a positive impact for your organization!

  ### 50. Taktile is an awesome company that is willing to go above and beyond to help their clients.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Banking | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 22, 2024

**What do you like best about Taktile?**

The most helpful aspect about Taktile is their willingness to help onboard and teach people how to use their system. Robin from the Taktile team met with us every week and even twice a week sometimes to get us to our goal. Integrating Taktile to our internal system was relatively easy but when struggles did come up, Robin was right there to help.

**What do you dislike about Taktile?**

No major dislikes about Taktile. The team is great and their product works as promised. They have lots of goals for their product which will only make it better!

**What problems is Taktile solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main problem we had was inefficiencies when altering credit policies and implementing it into the model. Most changes were heavily reliant on engineering which slowed us down. Taktile has allowed underwriting to make their own changes without the need of engineering resources which makes decisions faster and more efficient.

**Official Response from Stefan Nandzik:**

> Thank you for this review! It's great to read that you think of us as a true partner that helps you accomplish your objectives. It also sounds like your journey, moving off an in-house solution to unlock the power of rapid iteration & testing is spot on where we see the main value proposition for a next-generation decision platform.
