The Tagmate team is also accommodating and responsive in helping you to fix any challenges you may encounter. If you want more time strategising and less than pulling your hair and figuring out how to code (not including the arguments you may have with your devs), then Tagmate is worth every penny. **What do you dislike about Tagmate?** Through no fault of the Tagmate devs, you'll still need your own web devs to furnish you with certain information, such as your site's datalayers if you're unfamiliar with code. Improvements to the UI (just my personal preference). **What problems is Tagmate solving and how is that benefiting you?** We're late to the game in migrating our current UA to GA4. As a charity, we do not have the luxury of having a developer at our beck and call. We also initially didn't track website goals on UA other than having custom UTM tracking. As we are collating data points since our GA4 migration, we need to understand better where our donors are engaged and where they dropped off because every bit of their contribution can save lives. With more time to do actual strategies than fixing/implementing tags, we're now in a better position to engage with our donors and increase their LTV. ### 4. But the main asset that I get from Google & Facebook ads is the analytics or data. The best thing about Tagmate is its easy no-code setup process of tags. I like Tagmate because it cuts hours of debugging. It helps to configure with google tag manager without any hassle. Its prebuilt tag templates are awesome. User Management is fantastic too. **What do you dislike about Tagmate?** There is no major downside to Tagmate actually. But there is something that could be improved. The User Interface of Tagmate seems not that much attractive to me. Its user interface should be more attractive, cleaner, and more organized. The template category is very clumsy to handle. Setting up custom event tracking, which can be an arduous and complicated task, the chrome plugin lets me do this instantly. It's a point-and-click so it's very easy and time efficient. ### 9.
