The staff and support team is amazing; any questions they are able to jump on and help immediately, and have a great knowledge of the platform and its capabilities. The platform is well structured and makes sense to look at. We also like the global score, which allows for a more custom merchandised solution based on multiple factors, compared to our previous merchandising solution which could only be ordered by one factor at a time. The product recommendations cannot be ordered by priority, so on our 'complete the look' we will see some products where we would rather see others if we could prioritise. Tagalys is a very powerful merchandising platform – I haven't encountered a scenario where we've been limited by the platform. There’s no trash or recovery option—if a category is deleted by mistake, it cannot be retrieved. Additionally, there's no option to replicate or copy merchandising sequences from one category to another, which would save time when applying the same strategy across multiple categories.
