**What do you like best about Tagalys?**

The team is exceptionally helpful and consistently available to address any questions or suggestions for updates to the platform. They truly care about their clients' needs and make a genuine effort to ensure the platform continues to meet those requirements. The platform itself is easy to use, and the team provides a comprehensive onboarding process to make sure your team understands how to use it effectively. Additionally, all sessions are recorded, allowing you to revisit anything you may not have fully understood.

**What do you dislike about Tagalys?**

We have very few dislikes about the platform. Our main concern is the limitations on sequences, which affect our current workflow. However, the team is actively working on solutions for us.

**What problems is Tagalys solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The automation features that focus on trending products are quite useful. I also appreciate how products can be grouped or merchandised together to create cohesive looks. Overall, the process of merchandising feels much more streamlined.

**What do you like best about Tagalys?**

Their customer service is the best I’ve experienced. The team is attentive, collaborative, and genuinely listens to your needs. They always come back with solutions, and if something can’t be done right away, it’s scheduled for the next sprint. Implementation is smooth, with clear guidance on how to use the technology, and the onboarding process is thorough yet flexible to your pace. The merchandising, search, and product recommendation tools are easy to navigate, and any time you have a question, the team is quick to respond online when you need them.

**What do you dislike about Tagalys?**

There isn't anything I dislike about the product, people or solution.

**What problems is Tagalys solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tagalys has really helped my clients improve the way customers shop on their site. The merchandising, search and product recommendations feel smart and relevant, using customer behaviour to surface the right products at the right time. Shoppers can find what they want faster, and the suggestions often lead them to discover more, which has boosted both conversion and average order value. It’s taken a lot of the manual work out of merchandising and given us confidence that the experience is always optimised.

Its ease of use and wide range of functionalities are excellent. Tagalys makes merchandising work easier, and the reports are also very well designed and detailed.

Perhaps we could have graphs in the reports and a comparison tool that would allow us to compare figures across different stores.

**What do you like best about Tagalys?**

The most helpful aspect of Tagalys is how user-friendly and efficient it is. Features like merchandising and sorting are easy to manage, saving us time. The constant and prompt support from the team is also a major plus.

**What do you dislike about Tagalys?**

There’s no trash or recovery option—if a category is deleted by mistake, it cannot be retrieved. Additionally, there's no option to replicate or copy merchandising sequences from one category to another, which would save time when applying the same strategy across multiple categories.

**What problems is Tagalys solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tagalys allows us to curate pages exactly as we need by using "AND" and "OR" conditions, applying multiple filters at once. This makes the curation process much easier and ensures we can effectively use all the attributes we've configured in the backend.

**What do you like best about Tagalys?**

A great Shopify API solution to complex rule-based sorting that is breathtakingly easy to implement on site.
The Tagalys support team is very engaged and willing to help with everything from training to product development.

**What do you dislike about Tagalys?**

There are trade-offs with using the API solution (e.g. one experience for all users) but the upside is the ease of implementation.

**What problems is Tagalys solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rule-based collection sorting on Shopify that is flexible and easy to implement, leading to better presentation of our products an ultimately a stronger conversion rate and AOV.

**What do you like best about Tagalys?**

Tagalys were incredibly proactive during our initial onboarding phase and have continued to be a hands-on support system throughout the time we have been working with them.
Since implementing Tagalys search and merch, we have seen an incredible uplift in sales through search.

**What do you dislike about Tagalys?**

I dont love the additional clicks it takes me to launch the app; this has nothing to do with the functionality of the software or results it produces.

**What problems is Tagalys solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our search on site was completely lacking any merchandising or smarts to sort products. Now we dont have to manage the products as tagalys set up it simply works for us!

Automated features are great, saving alot of time and manual labour! Also great how GSO's can be made for specific sales etc and be applied and scheduled for specific periods like sales.

**What do you dislike about Tagalys?**

So far, there isn't anything we dislike. From a merchanidsing perspective we like to show rows of specific products in newness and Taglays does this well for us.

Helping to better organize the store and products to make it more shoppable for the customer.

Everything just works. They don't use fancy AI, rather infinite logic that feels endlessly customisable for almost any landing page. Support team doesn't bs you, rather listens.

Not much just yet, the limitations are because we're on shopify's server, and I would prefer if A/B testing was included natively.

**What do you like best about Tagalys?**

We using Tagalys as was to merchandise products on our website in order to create a better user experience and it has worked for us so far. It also helped to introduced a similar styles suggestion feature that helps us to not lose sales when an item is out of stock.

**What do you dislike about Tagalys?**

So far the only downside that we have experienced has been an issue with the search tool on the website. We are still unable to tailor it perfectly but we are receiving support from the team to fix the issue.

It's definitely helping to create a more personalized user experience avoiding a lot of the manual work that was done done before when it came to define the way to present products on the website.

Quick integration and excellent onboarding for our team. We were able to make the product work for us quickly and easily.  New updates continue to roll out based on market demand and consumer trends which we really appreciate. We've also been able to get great customer support from the Tagalys team!

There are A LOT of features, so it can feel overwhelming at first. Make sure to take them up on their training!

Tagalys took the time to understand our business needs and how they could help improve our business with their product.
Throughout the implementation, the team were consistently checking in with me
 and our developers to ensure a smooth installation, often finding small improvements we might have missed.
Training was extensive and the support has been excellent.

**What do you dislike about Tagalys?**

Although our Tagalys implementation doesn't currently support AI or personalised merchandising which I would love to see in the future the price point for this product is very good making this a solid investment.

I can't think of anything at the moment.

**What problems is Tagalys solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tagalys has really helped to improve our merchandising efficiency. Our previous tool was unable to account for stock levels, which required us to manually merchandise while cross-checking stock for each product—and as such merchandising a category was a very slow process. This often led to fragmented stock representation, especially in our mid- to lower-revenue categories, as we weren't able to check the stock as regularly as required.  With Tagalys, we are able to use their trending score (which looks at factors such as revenue and newness) as well as layering on rules based on stock percentage and availability by size, improving both our merchandising strategy and the customer experience. Through these tools, the time spent on merchandising has been drastically reduced.  We're also excited to start utilizing Tagalys' A/B testing functionality to measure the business impact of these improvements. Finally and most importantly for me, my team regularly share that they are really enjoying using Tagalys.

You can completely customize it based on business needs. I also love the support we get from the team, it's really helpful because I have never used the platform before so the help is appreciated.

**What do you dislike about Tagalys?**

It takes some time to become accustomed to making edits in the Tagalys site vs. Shopify but it's important to build the habit.

**What problems is Tagalys solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before, our merchandising was extremely manual and it was hard to see which products had low inventory or weren't popular. We had to do it on a product-by-product basis and it was very time consuming.

**What do you like best about Tagalys?**

Having worked with many third parties in the past, I can't sing higher praises for the Tagalys Team. Headed up by Varun, he is the captain of the ship and has steered us through many a last minute calls to fix and tweak our setup. There is no time of day that support aren't there to aid and assist you. I have often found that a call is the quickest way to find a solution and other apps often limit the methods of contact. Tagalys is unlike this and actively suggest a call as they too know it's easier to 'jump on' one. 
Due to the stellar service that they offer us, we are continuing to add their features to our site. Our dev agency has commented how the documentation is simple and logical. Everything from integration through to final setup is seamless and it's a pleasure to to work with them.

**What do you dislike about Tagalys?**

There isn't anything we dislike about Tagalys, however we definitely want to learn more and educate ourselves through training around best practices. This is on us to make the time for such training and not a reflection on the Tagalys team!

**What problems is Tagalys solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reducing our hours spent on VM and learnings about customer behaviour through A/B testing. 
Product recommendations and upsell at checkout, increasing CVR.

**What do you like best about Tagalys?**

They fill the gaps that Shopify for some reason leave wide open. The merchandising is extremely easy to execute at a moments notice and also to set up dynamic rules so the site merchandises in your sleep. Their reporting is simple, but very effective and has me asking why Shopify doesn't have something similar as standard. The team at Tagalys are extremely reactive as well as proactive in presenting their roadmap and fixing issues.

It is quite simple and as they are clearly building out the offering everyday, some things look slightly bolted on. But isn't really much of a problem at all as it's still very easy to navigate.

Visual merchandising quickly and effectively. We have a small team so need our products to move with customer trends and Tagalys helps us with this completely.

**What do you like best about Tagalys?**

As an e-commerce business with a vast array of collections and products, manual merchandising is not always practical. Tagalys has significantly simplified this process for us. Their sequencing tools and the ability to schedule merchandising in advance of sales or product launches have been invaluable.

Additionally, the Tagalys team has proven to be both friendly and supportive. Whenever we encounter issues or have new suggestions, they are consistently responsive and eager to explore new functionalities to enhance our experience.

I am yet to find anything I dislike about tagalys, any issues we have had they have fixed promptly

**What do you like best about Tagalys?**

They are unbelievably quick to action any requests made by myself or the team. They have made our merchansiding seemless. It has cut a tremendous amount of time from our daily tasks and allowed us to use that time on other things, which in a fast paced enviroment is precious. I also love the functionality of their reports and use them weekly to help with what to push on EDMs and how to merch the site.

There truly isn't anything I can say that I dislike about this platform.

Tagalys allows us to schedule our merchandising which helps to save time and helps us prep in advance. It also allows us to control what our customers are seeing at the top of each of our collections based on rules set by us, which has meant that the platform does a lot of the heavy lifting for us, which frees up a lot of time.

**What do you like best about Tagalys?**

Tagalys is a very powerful merchandising platform – I haven't encountered a scenario where we've been limited by the platform. The team is extremely helpful and provides excellent customer service and support. Compared to other VM platforms, it is easy to use, the implementation was smooth, and we've experienced very few bugs or issues.

**What do you dislike about Tagalys?**

Nothing, very happy with Tagalys platform.

It helps merchandise our site that is visually appealing to the user but also uses data to make sure you are displaying high converting products within those rules.

**What do you like best about Tagalys?**

- Simple to implement.
- Good balance of intuitive UI while maintaining robust features and large variety of custom options/rules.
- Collections sync very quickly with Shopify.
- Amazing client success support from the team. Anthony, Varun, Parvath, and Suhas are all wonderful to work with.
- A lot of flexibility for problem solving. The team is always proactive and willing to jump on a call if we have any questions. This is probably the most important to our team and business. Many vendors will charge a fee for every little thing. Tagalys always tries their best to provide an economical solution.

**What do you like best about Tagalys?**

The merchandising capabilities are great. We can control and finetune the algorithm ourselves based on our needs per page and globally - it is fairly easy to use. The team and customer support has been phenomenal in communications, as well.

**What do you dislike about Tagalys?**

I would not consider this a dislike, but would like to manipulate data within Tagalys versus exporting and the ability to review data YoY easier.

**What problems is Tagalys solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We oversee 7 global sites, and so maintaining merchandising can be difficult across 200+ pages across each site. The tool allows us to merchandise to provide the best possible experience for our customers (and to push conversion) without needing to monitor it too frequently - the T-score is a data point that has proven to be helpful.

**What do you like best about Tagalys?**

The Tagalys experience is great from the get-go. Their onboarding process is thorough and their ongoing support team are hands-on and super responsive at all times. 

Tagalys has helped us create the user experience we want to achieve with no limits on how we customise our merchandising strategies and the global sort options has taken a huge amount of manual labour out of merchandising. It has been so easy to spotlight products and ranges that align with our promotional calendar using the 'pinned' feature. 

We are constantly finding different ways to maximise the Tagalys features and widgets and the 'No Results' search report is very insightful.

We haven't encountered any difficulties with Tagalys

Tagalys has helped us make data driven decisions in our merchandising and up-sell strategies to positively impact our conversion and ATV. We love using Tagalys to automate our site merchandising across our three sites. We can set rules depending on the category or products which has allowed us greater freedom for personalisation. We also love using the search console to create merchandised searches, redirects etc and gain insights to greater understand the customer's habits. We use Tagalys daily and know that the Tagalys team is there to support whenever we have queries. New features continually roll out and there are constant improvements which has made this side of our work very simple.

I have been using the tool for about six months and the system has been so easy to use. We have set up several sort rules that are easy to apply to the galleries and also transfer to other storefronts I work across. The merchandising reflects instantly on site and the tool has an easy to use interface and easy to reporting as well. The Tagalys team have been great - helping to build out solutions to any amends we request.

As a e-commerce bysiness, we have many collections and products, that are just not feasible to manually merchandise. Tagalys has made managing these easy, not only using the sequencing but being able to merchandise in advance of sales or launches is amazing.

The team is also very friendly and helpful when something isn't working for us, or if we have suggestions. They are always willing to help or look into functions for us.

**What do you dislike about Tagalys?**

The filtering and naming conventions of the tabs on the platform can sometimes be confusing to me. Sometimes I feel like I am searching a little too long for a specific part of the platform or collections.

**What do you like best about Tagalys?**

Tagalys is the powerful and reliable data-driven solution that we were looking for when it came to search & merchandising for our Shopify Plus store. We have saved a significant amount of time spent merchandising since moving over to Tagalys, with our team now having more time to spend on other tasks and growth initiatives - having the ability to set global sorting options and the fact that it seamlessly syncs to our other stores has reduced the amount of manual work required.  There is no limit as to how custom you can get with your merchandising, which is exactly what we were after! Not to mention that the search function is really powerful, the no results searches report insightful and accurate and the product recommendations always on point. 

What really sets Tagalys apart is the team and the amazing onboarding process. From our first conversation with Tony, to onboarding with the very knowledgeable and patient Nivetha and Krithika to the post-launch support from Suhas and the team, we have felt supported every step of the way. They are kind, took the time to understand our business and challenges and made sure the transition from our previous provider to Tagalys was as smooth as possible. We have yet to find a use case for which they don't have a solution!

**What do you dislike about Tagalys?**

There is nothing to dislike so far about Tagalys. They have a lot of new features on the roadmap and it is great to see their product evolving over time - we are looking forward to the upcoming rollout of A/B testing functionality.

**What problems is Tagalys solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had very specific requirements when it came to merchandising and are working with a large and ever-changing product catalogue, and the Tagalys team was willing to work with us to build features that have helped us achieve the results that we were after. The reports give us great visibility over all our active collections and make our merchandising decisions easier - we love the built-in product segment reports that make it easy to surface products that have high potential but aren't getting enough exposure, for example. The smart collections are amazing and give us so much flexibility compared to native Shopify collections. As mentioned above, Tagalys has saved us hours of manual labour and given our team the tools to make data-driven merchandising decisions.

Tagalys has help save time off my job to focus on other areas that can make my website experience better for customers. While merching is such a big part of our jobs, I know I can set rules up that im happy with and trust that are going to show the products I want/ need. They were really easy to implement and after a few calls to discuss how to use the platform we were all confident with how to use. If we do have any questions their customer support is really responsive. The amount of times I would send through a simple question they would always offer to jump on a call. No matter how big or small. While we can set and forget with merching, we will still go in at leasy twice a week to pin products to the top of our important collections

I am yet to come across an issue with tagalys, any question we have had they have fixed right away

Tagalys has helped to simply the site merchandising aspect of our site. It has allowed us to offer the best shopping experience to our customers with machine learning sort, site merchandised sort, smart rules for out of stock or low stock items and scheduled merchandising to support new product launches. We have only used a small portion of the features available to us from Tagalys due to the nature of our business. The reporting features are a bonus feature that enhances our own reporting.

The customer care and technical support has also been outstanding! Our contacts at Tagalys are always willing to help and offer recommendations and solutions. We could not be happier with the support we've received.

Tagalys has been remarkable for our product merchandising. The way it lets us experiment and really get to know our customers' shopping habits is amazing!

Tagalys reports are just as solid and helped us with great insights in strategizing our campaigns which did make a difference.

And the staff, they're the best part. Varun and Parvath have been super helpful in showing us the ropes and helping us get the most out of all the features. They've been patient with every question, and professional through and through. They really went above and beyond in helping us understand the platform.
