  ### 1. Solid all-in-one system for our personalized school model

**What do you like best about TADS?**

All of the items we need are in one place from billing, admissions, attendance, the grade book, forms, and so many other things needed to operate our school.  Plus, the support team is great if we have an issue. The system is also very reliable.  TADS also has a team who is willing to customize things like report cards too.  The price is reasonable for our size of school.

**What do you dislike about TADS?**

For a small school, the upfront cost was significant during the first year.

**What problems is TADS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When we run report cards, the customer support was helpful in resolving our issues.  Since our school is not traditional but more personalized, it took some time to navigate with the team as to what things needed to look like on report cards, etc...; however, they have been willing to customize things to fit our model.

**What do you like best about TADS?**

I like having everything from admissions to tuition agreements in one place. It's helpful to not have to switch between applications when navigating to these different parts of the process.

**What do you dislike about TADS?**

There are places where it it not user friendly or intuitive and I probably call/email their helpline more than I would like.

**What problems is TADS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It makes our process cleaner to have everything in one place and, especially in the last few years, they have expanded their options and made the product more robust and able to cover more things that we do at school each year.

**What do you like best about TADS?**

The layout of the reports and statements for administration and students' families is easy to read. Customer Service is outstanding. I can rely on Customer Service for help and show me good resources through their help section.

**What do you dislike about TADS?**

Some of the dynamic reports are can be difficult to customize, leaving a lot of extra information. But I like that they come in CSV format so that I can utilize the meaningful data.

**What problems is TADS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Whenever I have a question, TADS Customer service is available. Wait times are not usually very long and my issue is usually resolved in one call. Their site performance does not usually have any problems.

Can be slow at times when site is bogged with traffic
