I would say, be very clear with what the business/technical side is requesting frim the beginning, have a very detailed defining phase.
Get information about the product and what it can deliver, not only from the Tacton sales people but try to find similar cases that you can compare your company to.
Be aware of the product limitations, it might be a headache or a very helpfull tool depending on what you are aiming for.
Try to document everything, have daily or bi-weekly meetings, work very closely with the PM, if you have a good one is very helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
