## About Tack Tools Pro
Tack Tools Pro is lead-response automation built specifically for Thumbtack home service professionals — plumbers, roofers, HVAC technicians, electricians, handymen, cleaners, and more. The moment a new lead arrives in a pro's Thumbtack inbox, Tack Tools triggers a full response stack in under 27 seconds: a Live Connect call to the pro's phone (answer to connect to the customer live), a branded ringless voicemail to the customer, a personalized Thumbtack auto-reply, and an SMS fallback if the call isn't answered. The product also includes a Fair Credit refund draft assistant that uses AI to draft refund requests for bad-fit Thumbtack leads. Tack Tools Pro was built and validated by an active Thumbtack pro who grew his own home service business from $70K to $87K in 90 days after switching on the automation.

**What do you like best about Tack Tools Pro?**

I really like that Tack Tools Pro is fast and quick. It allows me to immediately respond to customers by connecting me to them when they give a phone call. The setup was super easy, which was great.
