TablesReady is a waitlist, reservation and guest-texting app for restaurants and any business where people wait in line. Staff add walk-ins from a phone, tablet or computer, guests get a text when it's their turn, and nobody has to hand out pagers or shout names across the lobby. More than 2,000 locations use TablesReady, and we've been building it since 2011. ON EVERY PLAN, INCLUDING FREE - A digital waitlist your whole team can share, with unlimited users and live updates on every device - Guests add themselves by QR code, from your website or at a self check-in iPad - One tap sends a "you're up" text or an automated voice call, with delivery status on every message - A public page shows guests their place in line and estimated wait, and it can run on a lobby TV - Basic reservations and appointments in the same list as walk-ins - WhatsApp notifications for guests outside the US and Canada STARTER ADDS - Two-way texting, so guests can reply - AI-predicted wait times that learn overnight from each location's own history by party size, day and hour (you can switch them off and quote waits yourself) - Detailed analytics and more messages BUSINESS ADDS - Online bookings from your website and from Google Search and Maps with Reserve with Google - Table management with a floor plan, a day timeline by table, staff member or room, and time blocking - Deposits and prepayments through Stripe (2% TablesReady fee plus Stripe's fees) - Square integration: Square orders land on your waitlist or to-go list and the guest gets a text when the order is ready - Custom properties for VIPs, allergies, membership numbers or anything else you track - Saved replies, SMS automations, text-to-join, geofencing and data exports - API, webhooks and Zapier PRICING Free costs $0 for 150 messages and up to 100 parties a month. Starter is from $39/mo ($34/mo billed annually) and Business from $79/mo ($69/mo billed annually). Both have a 14-day free trial with no credit card. Message allowances are for US and Canadian numbers (a tenth elsewhere). No per-cover fees and no contracts. Enterprise adds custom terms, invoice billing, onboarding and an uptime SLA. WHO USES IT Independent restaurants, breweries and food trucks, plus salons, clinics, car washes, bowling alleys, retail checkout lines, pickup counters and event activations. You can rename "parties", "tables" and "reservations" to fit your business. WHERE WE'RE NOT THE RIGHT FIT We don't have a diner network like OpenTable or Resy, and our floor plan doesn't sync table status from a POS such as Toast. There's a native app for iPhone and iPad; on Android, staff use the web app saved to the home screen. Support is by email (phone support on Enterprise).
