tablesat Reviews & Product Details

tablesat is commission-free restaurant reservation software for independent venues in Europe: a restaurant booking system, table management, a digital menu and a link-in-bio page, in one place. Most booking platforms charge a fee for every guest they seat. tablesat charges one flat monthly price and takes nothing per cover. A full Saturday costs the same as a quiet Tuesday. You keep your guest relationships, your margin, and your own booking channel. **Reservations** Guests book on your own page, in their own language, with no account and no app to install. Your staff add the bookings that arrive by telephone, at the door, or as a repeat of an earlier visit. Each one is recorded as its own source, so you can see where your covers actually come from. Walk-ins are logged the same way. Every booking moves through clear states: requested, confirmed, seated, completed, no-show, cancelled. Accept requests yourself, or let unanswered ones expire automatically after a number of hours you set. A cancellation is not a dead end. tablesat keeps a real waitlist, not a label. When a table frees up, the waitlisted bookings within an hour either side of that slot are surfaced immediately, and you promote one with a single click. **Your room** Table management without a spreadsheet. Build a floor plan of rooms and sections, give each table its seat count, cap how many covers a single time slot can take, and run second seatings. Party sizes are limited per venue. Time slots are generated from your opening hours. **Menu and link hub** Every venue gets a digital menu with allergen labelling on each dish — a real, searchable page behind your QR code, not a PDF. Generate that code here too: print it at table-tent size from the dashboard, or download the vector for a print shop. It points at tablesat rather than at a file, so the code you printed keeps working when the page it opens changes. Alongside it, a link hub page gathers your booking link, menu, directions, social profiles and review pages at one address for your bio. Both are published from the same admin as your bookings. Nothing lives in a separate tool. **Private events** Take enquiries for private dining and buy-outs, with seat counts, a price per cover, and your own cancellation terms. **Built for Europe** Eight languages: English, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Polish, Greek and Swedish. Your guests read theirs, your staff read theirs. Prices in euros. Your data is stored in the European Union, in Frankfurt. **Pricing** Free to start. Starter is 39 euros a month, Growth is 79 euros. Every plan is commission-free. You can be taking bookings the same day. tablesat suits independent restaurants and small groups who want their own booking channel instead of a listing on someone else's marketplace. It is not a point-of-sale system, and it does not do delivery.
