It cuts down on a lot of the manual work, helps keep everything organized in one place, and makes it easier to respond to customers quickly. The visibility into quote activity and results has also been really helpful for making better pricing decisions. Nicole, Rosalynn, Esteban, Edinson, and Vinicius have been an absolute pleasure to work with. They're an incredible team and I'm lucky to have such a strong partnership with them. I can't thank them enough for all of the support they've provided! **What do you dislike about Tabi Connect?** Honestly, there isn't much to dislike. With this type of tool, there's always going to be some kinks to work out, but Tabi does an excellent job addressing and resolving anything that pops up. It's great to collaborate with their team on these as well. **What problems is Tabi Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?** Before Tabi, much of our quoting involved manual work and switching between multiple systems to gather information and respond to requests. Tabi has helped centralize that workflow, making it easier to turn quotes faster and stay on top of incoming opportunities. As a result, we've improved response times, reduced administrative effort, and can spend more time focused on pricing strategy rather than managing the process. ### 2. I can use natural language to describe the pricing I want, and it executes it without any coding, extra processing, or having to map out long if/then statements. The UI for updating parameters in real time is amazing. Reporting is also quick and easy to pull, and it’s simple to slice and dice the data if I want to create my own manual reports. **What do you dislike about Tabi Connect?** Sometimes development can get backlogged - but thats because they have a bunch of projects going at the same time so its understandable from a growing product. **What problems is Tabi Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?** Data gathering is a huge piece of freight quoting and trying to fine tune where we can best position ourselves. Also it is winning us freight that we never saw before. ### 4. The software works really well. **What do you dislike about Tabi Connect?** Understanding each piece of the parameters was a little confusing, but after a few sessions of learning about them, you get the hand of it. I wish the UI for parameters was bit more descriptive or intuitive so anyone could log in and better understand rather than it kind of being a blank canvas. **What problems is Tabi Connect solving and how is that benefiting you?** Tabi helps us ensure we are serving our customers better by responding to quotes faster, while still using the exact same logic we would use if we were hand quoting.
