Having to save notes so complicatedly. Uploading documents is frustrating. The frequent updates that mean if you are a community health worker using remote access in a laptop than you have to visit a base too often and if you miss an update and don’t log in then get locked out. It’s not conducive to remote working. Not being able to filter general progress notes by name or profession and only doing it by tabbed journal which includes so much useless info.
