We can easily create and maintain medical records and reports. Real-time data analysis of medical records is easy. **What do you dislike about SystmOne?** SystmOne provides valuable insights into the healthcare and clinical data management process. **What problems is SystmOne solving and how is that benefiting you?** SystemOne modules are very easy to use and implement. Data can be viewed and reported using this valuable software. It plays an important role in medical and clinical fields. Easy to set the message alert and schedule the timings daily. ### 2. It causes me endless frustration and creates needless administrative burden. It is beggars belief that this software recieves positive reviews and really speaks to the lack of competition in this software space. **What problems is SystmOne solving and how is that benefiting you?** The problems that systmone claims to solve are not unique nor are the purported benefits. I do not feel as though I benefit in any way through using systmone. . ### 3. A brilliant tool for a magnitude of tasks. **Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Medical Practice | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** October 21, 2021 **What do you like best about SystmOne?** The ease of using majority of the system once trained, it's a great tool that allows you to perform a magnitude of tasks and allows quick and easy communication amongst primary care providers. **What do you dislike about SystmOne?** The reporting functions could be a little tricky to navigate at times, and sometimes when you locked the system, it wouldn't show you as such on the instant messaging screen. **What problems is SystmOne solving and how is that benefiting you?** Benefits are, of course, having the patients' medical records readily available to you so that you can provide the best care possible for patients; having the up-to-date data right in front of you is marvelous. The ability to see A&E admissions etc., without waiting for correspondence from hospitals themselves allows for a proactive approach to secondary care. ### 5. Very bitty and complex. time consuming. MDT access and file sharing Between professions. Nice colours. **What do you dislike about SystmOne?** Having to save notes so complicatedly. Uploading documents is frustrating. The frequent updates that mean if you are a community health worker using remote access in a laptop than you have to visit a base too often and if you miss an update and don’t log in then get locked out. It’s not conducive to remote working. Not being able to filter general progress notes by name or profession and only doing it by tabbed journal which includes so much useless info. It looks old and dated and the user screen and interface is complicated. **Recommendations to others considering SystmOne:** Make sure staff that use it have multiple train I have, including refreshers after initial training. I found that after almost 2 years there was so much that I didn’t understand that would have helped me do my job and be more effective in my clinical practice. S1 has a lot of potential but looks outdated at first sight. Don’t let this out you off but be aware it’s not simple to use. **What problems is SystmOne solving and how is that benefiting you?** it doesn’t solve issues for me. It makes more. I prefer the user friendly nature and simplicity of RiO or even Optimum. ### 9.
