**Describe the project or task Syntel helped with:**

Synel helps the Client in Many ways.. They support business in all technology based projects. I work in Mobile Application, and part of Digital one COE. We are majorly doing the Innovative project and all customer facing projects.

**What do you like best about Syntel?**

Syntel we get a rotation based Projects and work on on-site. This gives a good opportunity to work on new domain skills

**What do you dislike about Syntel?**

Less Work from Home option.Design team was not structred.

Yes

**What problems is Syntel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I work on Mobile COE. I help me to learn the Design management and mapping  the UX with Agile Process.
