What I like most about Synoptic is that I can ask a question and it finds the answer across our customer data, without me having to collect and connect the information first. I use Claude regularly too, but with Synoptic, I can start with the question and let it pull the relevant context from Gong, HubSpot, Slack, email, etc. The whole process is much faster, the accuracy has been really impressive, and their level of support is incredible. What do you dislike about Synoptic?

Synoptic is already very good at finding and connecting information, but having more control over how it visualizes certain questions would make it even more powerful for advanced use cases. Synoptic saves me a huge amount of time by eliminating the need to manually collect and connect customer data across systems. I can ask a question and quickly get a structured and accurate answer based on the relevant information across these sources.
