**What do you like best about Synoptek?**

Synoptek do have huge knowledge within Dataverse and Finance and Operations. If we would like to implement something new, and the developer doesn't know how to achieve, they do have so many inhouse developers which can then contribute for best approach.
Also, it might be that we did some kind of design, but based on their knowledge and also best-practice - they dare to challenge the design to make it even better.

**What do you dislike about Synoptek?**

It is hard to say! It is not many downsides

**Recommendations to others considering Synoptek:**

Synoptek is a really knowledgeable, professional and polite partner for us.
If we do have some bigger projects with high priority, Synoptek can add in resources quickly, helping us out!

**What problems is Synoptek solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Synoptek is our preferred partner for development in Dataverse and Finance and Operations.
Doing all from consultancy, proof of concepts and developing.

**What do you like best about Synoptek?**

Unlike most IT / SaaS consultants, Synoptek is happy to provide ad-hoc support rather than a full managed service. This works much better for us as we have in-house developers.

**What do you dislike about Synoptek?**

I cannot see any downside with Synoptek.

**Recommendations to others considering Synoptek:**

Synoptek have a huge pool of experts with a wide range of specialties. I do not think there has ever been an issue that they have not been able to resolve for us. Other organisations may provide customers with "flashy-looking" PPTs / project management docs, but few can rival Synoptek's technological expertise.

**What problems is Synoptek solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Synoptek are helping us in 2 ways:
 1 - They deal with "one-off" projects such as upgrades to the next version
 2 - They assist us with development issues when our in-house developers encounter an issue they cannot solve.

**What do you like best about Synoptek?**

Synoptek is a great partner to work with. They have a large knowledge base and strong internal knowledge sharing, which means my designated consultant can always go back to their team and pull in the relevant expertise needed to solve challenges in the project. Synoptek feels like a real knowledge hub, and as a partner they are great to work with when it comes to scaling resources and bringing in the right expert knowledge whenever it’s needed.

**What do you dislike about Synoptek?**

I do not have any complaints about Synoptek. The times where we have had a consultant not to our liking (either in terms of skill or personality), Synoptek have been quick to shift resources and ensure our needs are met.

**What problems is Synoptek solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Synoptek is helping us with making our ERP systems operational and keeping our developments and architecture to fitting current business needs and requirements. Furthermore, Synoptek is providing expertise knowledge and hands on work on data analytics to enable our business decision making.

**What do you like best about Synoptek?**

What I appreciate most is that they do what they say they'll do. That sounds simple, but in the IT services world, it's not a given. Timelines were respected, communication was consistent, and when something came up — because something always does — they handled it without drama. Our app development project stayed on track, and I never felt like I was chasing anyone for updates. That level of reliability builds a lot of trust over time.

**What do you dislike about Synoptek?**

Nothing major. If I'm being honest, the early stages required more input from our side than we anticipated — more back-and-forth to get the context right. But looking back, that groundwork is exactly why the delivery went well. Less of a dislike, more of a "come prepared" heads up for anyone starting out.

**Recommendations to others considering Synoptek:**

Give it a few weeks to find your rhythm, especially early on. Once the team understands your environment, things move quickly. Definitely worth the initial investment of time.

**What problems is Synoptek solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were dealing with disconnected systems, an outdated application stack, and a customer journey full of friction points that we couldn't prioritize effectively. Synoptek helped us map our end-to-end customer journey, identify where we were losing people, and build a modernized application layer that actually tied everything together. The benefit has been immediate — our team spends less time firefighting and more time on roadmap work, and our customers notice the difference in how seamless the experience feels now.

They have always responded rapidly, normally positively and then deliver solutions.

**What do you dislike about Synoptek?**

Dislike would be true strong a term to use. As our commercial interests can overlap sometimes. Never been an issue.

**What problems is Synoptek solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I work on implementing and customisation of Microsoft AX2012 and D365 F&O systems. I use Synoptek to provide me with additional support in these areas.

Good response time, knowledgeable and very prompt on resolving the tickets logged by users. They always have been available to support anytime for critical activities.

Could improve the turnaround time of the ticket resolution

**What problems is Synoptek solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They assist us in supporting the D365 enterprise application and resolve any issues, work on enhancements to address business need.
