It helps in roles and access management as well, which are very helpful for any new team member's onboarding and management of the existing employees. **What do you dislike about Synel?** Few of the features are not fully functional at the moment and are maybe still in the testing phase and hence not rolled out for all the users like different hr features. So, if all the features would be available, it will help in easy management of hr capabilities of an organization as well. **What problems is Synel solving and how is that benefiting you?** Synel is helping as a great help in workforce management and is benefiting in a lot of employees' activities management like timesheet tracking, leave and absence tracking and provides other analytics-based reports generation as well, along with payroll reports kind of benefits.
