The integrated channel manager in the pro version is a standout feature as it automatically updates booking details across platforms, saving me from manual inputs. I love the feature that allows uploading a photo of an identity document to automatically extract and fill in all relevant information, greatly reducing manual typing. The color coding system for room management is also really handy for keeping track of which rooms are booked or should be emptied soon. It's great that SyncStays is available as both a website and an application, making it convenient for everyone involved, including my manager. The customer support team was very helpful during setup, and the user interface is modern and easy to use, which makes my day-to-day operations smooth. Additionally, the automation available for various tasks like cleaning and maintenance planning is extremely beneficial. It's also impressive that everything related to future bookings is automatically updated on the dashboard, keeping everything organized. **What do you dislike about SyncStays?** Nothing as such **What problems is SyncStays solving and how is that benefiting you?** I find that SyncStays automates check-ins and check-outs, easing manual work. The integrated channel manager and photo extraction save time, and managing rooms with color codes simplifies operations. It handles scheduling, billing, and booking updates efficiently, making management straightforward. ### 2.
