The integrated channel manager in the pro version is a standout feature as it automatically updates booking details across platforms, saving me from manual inputs. I love the feature that allows uploading a photo of an identity document to automatically extract and fill in all relevant information, greatly reducing manual typing. The color coding system for room management is also really handy for keeping track of which rooms are booked or should be emptied soon. It's great that SyncStays is available as both a website and an application, making it convenient for everyone involved, including my manager. The customer support team was very helpful during setup, and the user interface is modern and easy to use, which makes my day-to-day operations smooth. Additionally, the automation available for various tasks like cleaning and maintenance planning is extremely beneficial. I'm finding the staff attendance and food billing system in SyncStays a bit challenging. It's still in development and not quite ready yet. In particular, with the food billing system, I'd like to see an option where we can add food bills directly to the guest's bill before checkout. I like that SyncStays is a complete PMS software used to manage our hotel inventory and hotel management data. I appreciate its ability to provide real-time tracking of everything, making it easier to manage tasks without any challenges.
