V. | Project Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** July 10, 2024 **What do you like best about Synchro ERP?** Best part i like about Synchro ERP is its way of effectively hamdling different task. like Document management, Inventory Management, Employee Data Base.it also help in time tracking for number of task done in project.its navigation is user friendly. general settings are easy to understand and dont need any technical experties. i have use synchro ERP on few of my project with ease of implemention, everything runs so smoothly.customer support is superb.support assistant reply mail with sution within 2-3 working days. **What do you dislike about Synchro ERP?** I think synchro ERP is bit costly for small buiseness unit. i have faced occassional glitches while working on heavy files. **What problems is Synchro ERP solving and how is that benefiting you?** The best part about synchro like that i like is it is offering variety of under single platform.being a project management employee it help to maintain health of my projects.one of our project team integrated BIM with synchro and outcome was outstanding. models was so updated and detailed for understanding.It provide us better visibility about insights of the project. ### 2. This saves us time and effort in tracking different things and makes it easier to align services. As a member of the Project Management and Scheduling team, it helps me keep my projects organized, avoiding schedule and cost impacts. It provides clear insights into projects, leading to better collaboration among team members and clients. Integration with BIM to give detailed, updated models of the project. **What do you dislike about Synchro ERP?** The cost and occasional glitches. Additionally, there's not enough training material, making it hard to understand during the training period. We need to spend a lot of time building competent resources to implement and smoothly use synchro ERP in the project **What problems is Synchro ERP solving and how is that benefiting you?** At my workplace, we manage multiple projects at once, but not all of them use Synchro because it needs skilled users. From my experience with projects without Synchro, managing data is very hard, leading to minor scheduling mistakes and affecting collaboration with the team and clients. They also use multiple platforms to track things for one project, making it more complicated. I also faced some difficulties for synching in the data and updating the files. Sometimes the files just didnt get updated. **What problems is Synchro ERP solving and how is that benefiting you?** Synchro ERP software provides good animation for our projects which helps us presenting the clients in a effective way which increases our chances to grow our businesses.Its ability to create time lapse video is quite a good thing which we appreciate. It has benefitted us in reducing many issues on site and has also helped in maintaining effective coordination. ### 5. We can easily integrate the Naviswork plan with Synchro, which levels up the 4D planning. **What do you dislike about Synchro ERP?** Cost of Synchro, Only Email Support is available for Customer Support. **What problems is Synchro ERP solving and how is that benefiting you?** Synchro is leveling up our 4D planning and Scheduling with animation, it is very useful to showcase the project's overall growth. The best feature can say is Filter to Schedules: We can filter to multiple activities to select certain portions and with 3D Filters we can have the best visualisation.
