What problems is Commercient SYNC solving and how is that benefiting you?

As PMI, our significant challenge was ensuring Salesforce & Quickbooks Desktop remained in sync. Thankfully, Commercient's automation drastically reduced our manual data entry time and heightened our accuracy, effectively resolving our challenge. I would, without a doubt, endorse Commercient to any company seeking to integrate Salesforce with Quickbooks, as their team not only eliminates manual data entry time but also significantly improves the billing process efficiency. Our order entry process needed a boost in efficiency and a reduction in manual entry errors, and Commercient delivered by setting up a synchronization system between our Shopify platform and our Syspro ERP system. "Effortless Synchronization with Commercient SYNC"

What do you like best about Commercient SYNC?

I use Commercient SYNC to sync our Sage accounting software with Salesforce. It updates any product pricing changes in Sage to Salesforce and creates orders in Sage from Salesforce orders, saving us the time of double entry. It just works in the background and I don't have to think about it. It's customizable, so if our workflow changes, we can adapt the integration to handle it. I don't have to spend a lot of time talking to support trying to figure out issues. As we add new features or fields to objects in Salesforce, we can easily add them to the Sage sync so all the important data matches between the two systems.
