It has worked well with the api calls for my lesser known ERP. It is a visual drag and drop interface for creating the workflows and transformations and it is relatively cheap on an annual basis. It is automated and is used across the business daily. **What do you dislike about Synatic?** It's a steep learning curve. Yes its drag and drop to set the building blocks but it also takes some time to learn how to configure each block and the online help is vague. Initially it also just didn't work very well and needed a of of work from the support team just to get it functioning correctly. The customer support team were not always responsive. **What problems is Synatic solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have two major systems -Pronto ERP and Salesforce CRM. Our account managers were spending too much time in the ERP and not enough time in the CRM. This was due to a lack of data integration. Synatic helped us resolve this. We can sync customer, supplier, product (including inventory) and order data so the relevant information is where it needs to be. ### 2. The interface is not intuitive and difficult to navigate making it cumbersome to use for those who are not technologically inclined. The drag and drop features are needed to allow me to construct data pipelines without any coding knowledge. **What do you dislike about Synatic?** The data visualization tools are not enabling me to analyze and present data in a manner. Synatic has disturbed my data integration and analysis process ultimately consuming me time and effort. **What problems is Synatic solving and how is that benefiting you?** I find displeasing. The platform lacks user functionalities and requires a significant level of technical expertise. The customer support leaves much to be desired with slow response times and insufficient assistance. ### 3. It can move data from API and SDK. We can have SaaS, Cloud etc in use. It provided an all-market view with proper specs and data quality that can beat any other featured API in use. **What do you dislike about Synatic?** It has a free trial but has a large combined cost. All matters are well but should be more focused on workflow and cost-saving. Some API slacks and user SaaS can be improved for further recommendations. **What problems is Synatic solving and how is that benefiting you?** All day-to-day life problems whether user interface, hash API etc can be solved. It would be better if a lite version with essential features were available. **What problems is Synatic solving and how is that benefiting you?** We upgrade our old project with Synaptic. Now it is running over with the latest technology. The web interface is helpful to write a simple API that connects with the flow.
