**What do you like best about Symphony?**

Ability to securely exchange data through WhatsApp and its integrated in our CRM system

**What do you dislike about Symphony?**

It's very expensive and really hard to learn. Not very user friendly.

**What problems is Symphony solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easy to securely exchange sensitive financial data within and outside our company.

The fact that it gives you all the information you need to follow to create tickets, it doesn't matter if it is your first time using it, you will know how to browse in it.

Some criteria that needs to be filled that I don't consider it is necessary

**What do you like best about Symphony?**

I like how I can manage all of my events in one space from creation and registration through to communication.

**What do you dislike about Symphony?**

I dislike how glitchy it is and it never seems to function properly.

**What problems is Symphony solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to keep our events organized and walk through most of the process in one place.

**What do you like best about Symphony?**

 personally I am not fond of this program however we needed to update from our micros sitewide I guess this was the Best alternative 

**What do you dislike about Symphony?**

Finding a lot of glitches that can't be controlled .

**What problems is Symphony solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is an upgrade from micros which probably Was the less expensive alternative to new equipment
