I had some very specific needs in regards to altering reports and their response was swift, kind, empathic, and extremely helpful. I use Syft to visually speak to our entire company at once, many of which have no financial backgrounds. The beautiful charts and ease of creating the reports to tell a story through those charts have been a game changer for our team to be able to understand what I'm talking about. We use Xero and implementation was seemless, I didn't have to do any heavy lifting to get started, only connect the 2 accounts. **What do you dislike about Syft?** I have yet to come across anything I don't like, but I am aware that they are constantly working behind the scenes to offer more to its customers. **What problems is Syft solving and how is that benefiting you?** Syft is allowing me (a CFO equivalent) to be able to have financial conversations with all members of our company, including new hires, who do not have any financial background or prior knowledge of business finances. It integrates with multiple platforms, making it useful for accountants, bookkeepers and most importantly, clients. The simple FP&A activities, now layered with AI, provide outstanding analytics saving time, money and adding thought processes from multilple vantage points. The implementation is fast and easy and the product support and customer experience are bar none. Courtney is my customer experience manager and she is amazing. There has never been a question posed that she has not been able to solution for me. I use Syft daily and cannot imagine running my practice without it. **What do you dislike about Syft?** The API is not extensive and there are some reporting formats that excel can perform for drilled down custom analytics that Syft cannot do. It is a little clunky (not a big issue since QB Desktop is on its way out anyway). I like the clean layouts and that you can create ledgers to give controlled access to employees. **What do you dislike about Syft?** Whenever there is something that isn't right, Syft doesn't take long to deliver or fix that feature. Looks professional and client thinks it took hours of work to do. Even did a custom template on second batch of companies with custom groups and categories for reporting. The team was still super helpful and the features I struggled with have been updated since then though. We do some financial analysis within it as well. It greatly speeds up our financial statement generation, and consolidation is so easy.
