Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs)

Starting at $4,500.00

2% of capital raised, between $2,500 and $12,500, plus a $2,000 regulatory fee.

Pay a flat, one-time fee of 2% of capital raised, between $2,500 and $12,500, plus a $2,000 regulatory fee (minimum of $4,500 capped at $14,500). No hidden fees, no renewals, and no carry paid to Sydecar.

That fee covers the full lifecycle, including formation, investor onboarding, KYC/KYB/AML, banking, Form D and Blue Sky filings, K-1s and tax filings, carry sharing, data rooms, and ongoing back-office administration.
