Person of interest (POI) searches are time consuming and the value of this tool is the ability to get bulk contact information fast. I use LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and I can search and add contact information from the extension. I also scrape a lot of data from various websites and can perform bulk uploads quickly. This makes my recruitment marketing so much easier, because I can export the lists and upload it to my applicant tracking system. I then send SMS and emails to candidates. The real value of this tool is reducing time to hire in the recruitment process and speeding up sourcing. I consider this tool to be very cost effective as well. In one placement you will earn far more than the annual cost of this tool. Comparable tools cost more and aren't nearly as accurate. Cost effective with perhaps a couple of minor complaints around some results but every application like it has the same problem and the nature of it is to not get 100% coverage. **What do you dislike about Swordfish?** Nothing really. We use two other apps on occasion but Swordfish is the most cost effective as the other two are pricey so when I can't get it here then the other two allow occasional purchases and I go there. About 50% of the time I can get the info that I need elsewhere but not enough to warrant an ongoing and more expensive subscription. **What problems is Swordfish solving and how is that benefiting you?** Use it for recruiting mostly, very little new business outreach. ### 37. The most amazing part is we don't get charged if the information that we want the most isn't available. **What do you dislike about Swordfish?** It's a temporary dislike and that is learning how to use another app. But there are step-by-step instructions and it works great. **Recommendations to others considering Swordfish:** If you have groups of contacts that need updating swordfish is where you should start. **What problems is Swordfish solving and how is that benefiting you?** We were solving issues from a 50 year old organization who had primarily operated by direct mail. No system Is perfect, but the verification methods used by Swordfish appear to be the closest thing to totally reliable. **What do you dislike about Swordfish?** I would only recommend cosmetic changes, such as the pop-up window taking too much space on the screen when not in use.
