Also, being able to chat live with both clients and contacts within the software. It is good to customize the portal to my brand. The client portal allows clients to access files, invoices, and contracts. Being able to create forms and questionnaries to gather all of the clients information that I need.. **What do you dislike about SWELLEnterprise?** Unable to connect my bank account and use it for accounting as it does not follow the system of the country I live. **What problems is SWELLEnterprise solving and how is that benefiting you?** Keep track of current clients and past clients in one system. Being able to send clients contracts and invoices, get a signature and take payment. Sending out forms and questionnaires. ### 2. Team members or freelance workers can track their billable hours with a built in work timer. You can custom brand your portal and allow clients to communicate and access files or items for approval. **What do you dislike about SWELLEnterprise?** It can be difficult to navigate for certain tasks or purposes. It can be buggy, as well. Tasks can have sub-tasks, but the layout and menus become overwhelming for users as the organization gets lost in the process of opening new pages for each sub-task. **Recommendations to others considering SWELLEnterprise:** They are still working out a few bugs that pop up here and there, but are generally helpful if you need support and respond relatively quickly to questions or technical issues. **What problems is SWELLEnterprise solving and how is that benefiting you?** It met most requirements for a solid CRM system to keep track of client and business needs. It is a great tool for consolidating a lot of other CRM tools into one which can save you a few hours. ### 3. I like how you can create in depth proposals and invoices. You can do everything in this software. It's great for small businesses and freelancers. **What do you dislike about SWELLEnterprise?** I think the UI/UX could be much better. LIttle outdated and certain things could be designed better. **Recommendations to others considering SWELLEnterprise:** If you are on a budget, this tool is the go to for your all in one business needs. **What problems is SWELLEnterprise solving and how is that benefiting you?** SWELL allows me to create and send invoices, proposals, estimates and document expenses, projects and clientele work. ### 4. I also like that the software aims to provide a complete solution to business management instead of bits and pieces. **What do you dislike about SWELLEnterprise?** I wish it was more user friendly. Go with swell! **What problems is SWELLEnterprise solving and how is that benefiting you?** I get everything in one place and that I don't have to pay different products and having different accounts to log in everything to do simple work of a client.
